    Raise property taxes, then pull this stunt. How many police will it take to cover the Riverboat Festival? Downtown, with racing cars, huge gangs, and high crime? Guess Northside's little parade doesn't pull in tourists and revenue, so they can do without. Typical Cincinnati.
