  • Eilene Morris, the great-great-granddaughter of a former slave named Nettie Pearson, is trying to transfer the ownership of one Covington house into her name so she can restore its condition.

    Off subject but Mrs.Morris is so youthful , beautiful and vibrant at 82years. Look at her neck and hands lol but foreal her skin is still perfect at 82🥰💃💝😍👍😎

    I guess I need to ask if the house has ever been owned by a slave owner so I don't have to worry about being forced to give ot away. Wonder if the title check will cover that 🤔

    Can we please talk reparations? She should be given that property. We really are paying reparations...one police murder/brutality lawsuit at a time. I'm sure there's a better way. 😔 Covington could step up and do the right thing.
