    IFS makes so much sense. Conventional therapy revisits the wound but lacks putting in place new ways of thinking and skills about the past.

    Thank you for these videos. I am fairly new to incorporating IFS into my self-care practice. I've read all and worked through some of the book "No Bad Parts." I've watched a number of clips on RUclips (I find yours especially beneficial). I like how this video's questions lead one to Self. Thank you for it and I look forward to further posts. If one day you ever do a video on how you or others you've known to practice experience the voices of the parts - eg, literally, or as an interpretation of signals and sensations, or in some other way - I would be grateful for that. It's one key point that confuses me. Presently, if I ask, If this part had a voice, what would it say? - that helps. But thank you again for this specific video!
