I can sense it from what you say - I just can’t ’bring it into the neighborhood of years of ‘unknowing gaslighting mental abuse. In other words, the person ‘doesn’t ‘know that they ‘don’t know. Almost like you ‘lose your ‘self. It’s broken. Damaged. GASLIGHTING - ambient abuse is THE WORST.
Do you know what IFS therapy is about? Because then you'd be more familiar with how your Self is seen. It's not broken or damaged; your true Self is there and will always be there. You can feel it deep down inside you. There are parts of you that carry the burden of being lied to, betrayed, hurt and ignored. But those parts are not your true Self. Please learn more about IFS and you'll understand how you can be healed.
