Clayton dealership tried to lie to me stating "no dealership sells doublewides for less than $250k." When i tried to show him videos and examples, he turned his head, and refused to look, talked over me, and changed the subject.
Right then I would have said to him, you know what I think I will take my $$$ elsewhere

I wish I could afford to get a house. That only has one floor. My house is so old but i guess it is better than the streets.
I just don't like the walls where it looks like it was where they "snapped: it together. But overall beautiful

Do you ever tour homes in Indiana? We are seriously considering moving to Indiana from Illinois, so would love to see some homes that are in Indianapolis area.
I love this home - it’s just me so it’s perfect size - will you deliver outside Branson Mo I have 30 acres was going to build but this is changing my mind -- the only thing I would change is, I would like a sliding glass door in the dining room, going out to a deck because I like to grill and of course I would change out to wooden hanging shelves opposed to the wire, and did you say the appliances do come with it- I personally also prefer the air units vents in the ceiling opposed to the floor but it’s not a dealbreaker

Who is the Manufacturer of this home? Wish they’d install white trim. I can’t stand brown. I realize you can’t please everyone but homes with white trim & not so farmhouse would be great. No sliding barn doors or apron sinks ! I’m just getting “farmed-out” I guess. 😂 😂
I would take out the tub and out in a bigger shower. I would also prefer sheet rock. But otherwise, the size of this home is perfect and I love the pantry/laundry room area.
