This is a gorgeous home but i need a 4 bed, 3 bath.
Love this price! Just wish the fireplace was Woodburning real lvp floors and a couple of linen closet's

Can this home be found in central FL?
I like how they are making them to look like a real slab built homes. I don't like heat and air from the ceiling though. Warm air rises so for northern homes floor is better.
I like this floor plan but I would make the kitchen island a bit bigger and pull it towards the front of the house about 6-10 inches. I would move the kitchen sink to where the stove is and vice versa. Put a window over the sink. Love the pantry door!

I like this one. I personally would want a fridge with French doors and freezer on the bottom. I put a mirror at the kitchen sink. Saw that hint once.😊

I didn't see a broom closet or a closet for your mop and ironing board but I totally love this home ❤❤❤
That Laundry/pantry area is plenty big enough for mops and ironing boards 😉

I don’t like the stove that far from the sink. The entry is wasted space, but nicely done. Things I love, ship lap, the layout, with the exception of the stove placement. The size of the rooms are very nice.
Things I hate, walking into the kitchen & dining room upon entry. I would like to see the living room & dining room switched. I hate the countertops, too busy. I hate stainless steel appliances & sink. I hate hate hate the placement of the stove, but I like the look around it, it just needs to be moved. I really don’t like the wire racks, it’s cheap & it doesn’t hold up. I hate carpet anywhere. Fiberglass tubs are terrible to keep clean, water stains them & you can’t get it off even if you clean them daily!

What is up with the stove in the dining room? The kitchen is so disjointed and the butlers pantry looked better than the kitchen. Sorry stopped watching after that
That large closet but where is she going to put her clothes?
Wish they'd stop putting black accent walls and fixtures etc... Better to have real wood looking cabinets and not white. I'd also change the flooring and countertops. Love the ceiling and hate the fake fireplace, need a real one with stone , rock or brick with the wood trim. Would look better with silver or gold/brass fixtures. Need to change out the cheap wire shelving. Sorry, its yuck with the masterbath shower.
This home is decent however, there are alot of reasons why I personally wouldn't call it "the perfect layout"
