This mobile home is very nice, I really enjoyed seeing this layout! The manufacturer for this house Oak Creek Homes. The model for this home is the "Opal." We have seen the mobile home business come such a long way. In the old days most people referred to mobile homes as a trailer house. However some of the manufactured homes we carry are far from “trailer houses.”

My suggestion to manufacturers of single wides, do pocket doors for closets and the master bath, when possible. I think it makes the rooms ‘feel’ more spacious. Beautiful home!
I love pocket doors. I think they should be a standard in all modular and mobile type homes. More use of space in bedrooms and the bath.

You hit the nail on the head with this single wide. I raised my kids in a double wide and never thought I'd like a single wide. But this one has the best kitchen Ive ever seen in a single wide. And I like the master bath except I don't like the toilet in closet. Thats what I think of the small space its in. I have watched another persons video and I have to turn the sound down. Keep up the good work on the videos you share.
Vaulted ceilings make a world of difference!
Lots of wonderful features on this one, but I'd like the master closet out of the bathroom. The moisture from the shower or bathtub can't be good for the clothes, and there's no window in the closet or the water closet.
$137k for a single wide, i’d save another year so I could get that double!
I like the way the kitchen is semi-separate from livingroom area. I am one who hates the 'open concept' in homes.
I like when the kitchen area is separate from my livingroom area as in older model homes. I dont need my kitchen in my livingroom.
We just built a 16x70 house not mobile home for family member. 2x12 floor joists 3x4 advantech sub floor, 2x6 16 OC walls, Spray foam insulation, 7/16 sheethed roof and walls plus metal roof, footers, concrete plumbing high end flooring, Tile shower, granite bathroom counter top. and much more, a house built to last. We paid 40k for everything, and had a framer we hired by the day at 300 a day... Everything complete with a 2.5ton Train ac unit cost us $65,000 and that was at the height of lumber prices a year and a half ago. Do every thing you can to avoid purchasing a junky mobile home. The only mobile homes I had ever seen built to last was 20 years ago Palm Harbor homes, built to hurricane code.
I agree with the pocket doors. Also the hallway and bathroom needs windows, it's to dark

Spectacular Single Wide... Good size bedroom's.... Love the white walls..,makes the house seem wider and lighter.Those living room windows are beautiful...😃🌼☀️🌻🌞😄
I like it, would like the kitchen floor plan have more counter space, master bathroom is great, I don't like the tub, a cabinet for storage for towels and soaps is what I like. It is done in Awesome color palette. I want to see more with more kitchen cabinets and counters.

Now!! that is gorgeous!! It has everything you could want.
Single wides are small homes, but the layout for this doesnt make it feel small. The only change would be a window in the guest bath, one like what is over the kitchen sink instead of a transom. You could open it and get air into the hall way even when the kids have their bedroom doors shut.
Price. YIKES! For me a single wide like this is priced right around $65,000. It's a no go for me.
Absolutely my favorite layout and color scheme so far. Pocket doors would be a plus. Thanks for bringing this home to us on you tube.

After my dad died we moved to a 60' 3 bedroom, bathroom and a toilet in one bedroom which went to me and my sister.
Loved it having my own toilet back in 1967 bc my Mom did not want us living in Apts, all she could afford on waitress salary was this new trailer.
It was great. We were not brought up snobby we know ppl have to live at different economic levels fitting the situation.
This mobile home is gorgeous, practical and good design. I love the back door utility room. Smart space for the ugly stuff.
I would live in this today. Ppl needs to get over themselves. I wish I could buy this and live in it.

Nice single wide, I would like to see a window in the secondary bathroom and a window in the water closet in the main bath.
EVERY ROOM - MUST have window(s) on TWO walls for fresh air circulation!
Oherwise the air is DEAD in the room.

I really like this single wide home. I also like the double wides toi.
Someone bought this model and placed it in our neighborhood about a year ago. I fell in love with it, the outside is very unique and the floor plan is a bit quirky. I’m not too crazy about room sizes but overall it’s a gorgeous home. Also the price could be much cheaper

Ok Chance I have to say I'm with ya buddy on your reaction to them master bath sinks! Lol. I guess that's a nice way of saying how I really feel about them 🤣 I think the faucets look like a pump for a well, and would not have them in my bathroom. Maybe in the laundry room sink? I'm a short woman and I don't want to have to use a step stool at my bathroom sink 😂, so I would definitely pass on these! Thanks for sharing this home with us 😊

Like the outside finish options. Interior was great except for two things take one small room and expand it into another area section. I agree I hate the tall bathroom faucets.

This is a really nice single wide. Love the wood shelves and hanging rods in closet. Also nice seeing drywall throughout. The sinks in the main bath are great. Also like that the tile in the shower runs to the ceiling, when they only go 3/4 of the way up it seems incomplete

WOW! Can't get over the price....out of my price range😢
There needs to be tile around the bathtub in the primary bathroom. A full-tiled backsplash would be nice also in the kitchen. Also, couldn't the washer/dryer area be served by an enclosure rather than a full room there? It's nice, but unfortunately it takes up a lot of the dining space.
Love the extra room in the kitchen / dining area. You can always add a small island if you want to. The laundry room is plenty big enough. Not a lot of wasted space. Nice layout. I do like it better without carpeting. A lot easier to clean. If I made one room a sewing room, it would be a lot easier to pick up pins and threads without the carpeting.
Price and square footage please.....talk less please!!

I’m in love with this single wide! I love the closed/open concept of the living room and kitchen. The laundry room might be small but at least it’s a room and not a cubby hole. I did not know you had a second channel Chance. What caught me was the windows and as I was watching I recognized your voice. I subscribed to this channel too.
This is my favorite single wide.
I expected it to be more expensive to be honest. Beautiful home.
Bedroom #1 at only 8 ft wide is just too small.

I like the closed concept from the livingroom and kitchen. I don't like the closet in the master bath cause of the moisture. Other than that I like the home.

Lo que nunca veo en estos espacio🤔es almacenamiento extra en los baños para el paquete de papel de inodoro de 32 paper y demas.detergentes , champú , escoba etc. Sería bueno que pensaran en eso. Mientras más almacenamiento y espacio para ropa mejor incluyendo los gabinetes de cocina y su respectiva despensa. ☺️

Chance, this was a wonderful tour. The house is beautiful. It's my taste. I would buy this one, if I was looking right now. I wonder if you could get this floor plan, in a 2 bedroom. This way the 2 rooms would be nice sized. I only need a 2 bedroom. Other than that, I want this house. Happy Easter Chance and Katelyn and Cullen and I believe you have one on the way. Congratulations, you must be one happy man.
While I love the idea of pocket doors, don't think the walls are thick enough to do them in a mobile home. I would rather have barn doors but they would have to come up with a way of being able to secure the door shut. And of course barn doors need room on one side to slide the width of door.

Love this. Yeah, the master bath faucets are ridiculous. I’m not a fan of the “freestanding” tub. Horrible to clean around the back. Give me a standard soaker tub.
Do not like the sinks in the master bath, the tub is a waste of space and the shower could be a little bigger. The rest is pretty nice.
Biggest main issue with mobile home is the no hang over with the eve's that allow rain and snow waters to run down the sides and also soaks the Fondation cause extreme settling and destroy siding and speed up window issues
Understanding reason has to do width that can haul down highway but believe this could overcome if a section of roof and eve could be folded baking for travel and once obviously site put back to provide better hang over know that there are some other like shed to home do that very thong also do pop up roof line because of height issues when being transported

I really love this single wide. I could use the same room as a storage room. Here in my area it’s had to get a permit for a single wide

Love the looks. For a higher end trailer you would think they would get rid of the cheesy plastic shelf adjusters in the cupboards. It screams cheap!!
I love the way they use the windows 🪟 and glass that was the one thing that turns me off from these modular 🏡

Missing Accent Wall in Master Bedroom!
Ok.....I run across this Collier's Home World and just have the cursor over the tab/pic and hear the one and only voice of Chance.....I'm like no way does another guy sound like him. So I clicked on it and yep, it was you. Double crosser....lol. So yeah, #143 thumb and subscribed in case you think after all of these years you are going to short me on something new out there that is here and not on your original channel. Sneaky! Oh, and I like this one (single wide, as I usually don't like SW's) per the way it's built and put together with real home materials. The upper transom style windows help too. Just don't like a dark bath room (no window at all). Makes a better choice comparing to a similar priced so called Tiny home plus. I see this one is an Oak Creek, which I never heard of before (or remember).
