We have been in the mobile home business for years, and thought why not upload videos about something we can relate to and deal with every day.
We have seen the mobile home business come such a long way. In the old days most people referred to mobile homes as a trailer house. However some of the manufactured homes we carry are far from “trailer houses.”

I like the color combination they went with, it's refreshing to see something that isn't grey!
As a person who grew up in a single section mobile home I can comment on the unique way they put a dining area that isn’t part of the living room/kitchen zone. It’s just hard to seperate a dining area from the living room area but they seemed to have achieved this and STILL be a 3 bedroom home.
Perfect master bath, I would make the smaller guest bedroom into the laundry room.
Hi Chance and family 😊! Thanks for the tour of the "Lakeview". What an exceptional floor plan and color schemes in this single wide home. It is simply a vision of loveliness.
There isn't anything I don't like. I love this single wide!!
Love the separate normal sink AND prep sink
Love the colors! Love the kitchen! It has twice the cabinets and counter space as my old farmhouse kitchen! The multiple pantry cabinets make up for any storage lacking from no upper cabinets. Personally, the lack of upper cabinets doesn't bother me. I'm short enough (4' 9") that I can't reach anything in them anyway! 😂 All the windows are great; let the sunshine in!!! This home has a lot of wonderful features!
Absolutely beautiful. Wish I could. Only in my dreams.
I watched this last night on the tv. I really like the floor plan. Not a whole lot of changes to make in this one. I can’t do the green paint. I like the offset of the front bedrooms from the living/kitchen areas and the dedicated dining area. Perhaps more drawer over cabinets and I prefer cupboards instead of the open shelving. Master bath is good but both need medicine cabinets in both baths. That floor plan is really livable.👍
This is a beautiful home.
Like the kitchen❤
I love this single..I didn't think I was going to like the color scheme but it's really lovely...shower was the right size , got enough bedrooms even a dining room..living room nice size and that kitchen is a dream...I see nothing wrong with it..nice job with this one Chance 😀
House is beautiful. Love the green too
Don't like the tile in the shower in the master.
Love the colors!
Really like the lay out. Wall color I would change. Thanks Chance!!
I really love the layout of this place and the exterior of it. My favorite parts are the shiplap, back splash, and tile shower in the main bathroom.
Love the color! That green looks so elegant. Prep sink is amazing. Bedrooms are too small to suit me. Laundry room with cabinets is great I do like the layout very much. This house is a really good choice, Chance.
Beautiful home..It would be a winner if it was a 2 bedroom..
Chance, I need all my windows to open!!
I like the color of the walls..I want a utility area not in the hallway.😊
Can do away with the porch and give the inside more room in the Kitchen . Build my own porch. and make it a lot bigger. every thing else is great.
I love the color on the walls and the contrast with the white trim. I also love the dedicated dining area that is more than just an afterthought.
I love this home. Not "for a single wide" just love it in general. Great job!
Awe. They left the light on for you. 😂🤣😂
Love this house & the price is great. I'm quite sure all the nay-sayers on the green walls could choose another color.....but I work in the paint/decorating industry and green really has been getting more popular over the last couple of years. I'm sure there are many
other options on their website.
I would live in that!❤
This is a very nice single wide. It seems to have everything. Really love the dining area.Good job Chance.
Would have love the color of the barn door used on the wood in the living room. Dark like the floor.
I love that there are no wall strips on Sheetrock. That looks so tacky and cheap
Need a transit window instead of dbl on wall in Master. Great home !
Things I'd like to see if I could custom any of these homes, double or single.
Dark or wood trim and base boards.
Smaller windows, most of the time, the furniture would be in front of the windows covering the bottom of the windows, I'd like the windows throughout the home to be the size of what is usually over the kitchen sink. Windows that don't open, seem to be for decoration, which I don't care for.
In the kitchen, I'd prefer the cabinets and countertops to be the same material rather than different things going on. Live edge countertops would be awesome!
The laundry room should have enough room for a stand-up freezer.
The guest bathrooms in most of the homes have the same layout, I've only seen a handful that have a different layout, which would be very important to me. I'd also like a window in there.
In the master bathroom, I don't care for the toilet to be in a closet. The shower most of the time is glass around the top part, I'd prefer it to be more private, I've seen a few that didn't have glass around the top. I'd like for the tub to be a tub surround. I want the master closet to be in the bathroom, sometimes it seems so many doors in the bedroom take away from the wall space.
I don't care for white walls, I'd like to see something with a little darker color with the feel of a cabin and cozy.
I like an entryway into the living room.
I don't know what you would call an entryway for a bedroom, but I'd like that, If there was a closet in the master it should be as soon as you walk in a door to the right, I don't really know how to explain that, I'd have to show you.
I don't care for high ceilings. I like for them to be on the same level throughout the house.
LOL sorry about writing a book, what I like is different than what I think a majority of people like, they seem to like lots of windows and super bright, I like things toned down.
Anyway this has been on my mind for a long time. I love the channel and I get a lot of good ideas.
Thank you!
I just wish the laundry room was enclosed
I LOVE LOVE LOVE the color scheme throughout this home.
Nice that it is all tape and textured. Nice crown molding and it is refreshing to see an interior color other than white. Love the dining area. Great master bathroom! Wonderful price! I can see myself living in a home like this!
If I’m not mistaken, Franklin is top of the line. They have beautiful homes.
Great home great price.
Pretty
Wow, packed with quality and good design for the price. Too bad it's not an 18 ft wide.
I like all of the cabinets in the kitchen. It’s unusual in a single wide. I don’t like the laundry area in the hallway.
Nice master bathroom, the door to the master bathroom has to be changed to a regular swing door since the Barn door takes up too much wall space especially since you have basically wall of windows on each side and one solid wall for a bed. Home Needs the changes I mentioned then will be a pretty nice home that works well otherwise it just looks like a nice home untill you try living in it.
Very nice! ❤
I love this house.
The windows in the kitchen really need to open and the kitchen was so close to being a hit but for some reason these builders seem to think no one has anything that needs to be in a cabinet. Get rid of the useless Open shelves and put up upper cabinets with doors and adjustable shelves and this home would come up quite a bit in rankings and then have operational windows in the kitchen and BAM! You're almost at a home run.
If you plan on washing dishes in that sink in the kitchen I'm gonna laugh at you 😅. It's in the Itty-bitty ditty committee.
The wall color is the same color my kitchen, dining and living room are painted.
I like the transom windows
I love a good hanging rack. Good for shirts!
Very. nice
Nice trailer house. Nice wall color. Nice kitchen except for those colors. If I had to downsize I could live thete.
Love everything BUT the BARN DOOR. They are not so hot anymore. Time to drop all the country decor. Other than that and the shiplap, lov it!
❤❤
Very nice home overall. Don't care for the ugly open shelves in the kitchen or the barn door for the master bath, it takes up too much limited wall space. Was happy to see NO ugly, cheap wire racks in the closets!! I'm downsizing and this would work well. Not that crazy about LG appliances.
Love the kitchen. The living room looks smaller but that may be becayse of the wood on th wall. The barn door lis too much of a current fad for me personally. Overall a fantastic floor plan. Keep up your great work! Show us more of the single wides.
Seems like we saw this style before. Maybe not.
Bigger than my site built house
Nice master shower.
what is that color code on the walls!!! wow I like it!
Just goes to show ya…in 2006 we bought an acre &55,000 placed a top of the line double wide $95,000, built a 30x40 pole barn $32,000…
Looks like a 16 x ? Is now over $100,000. 🥴
I like the floor plan I just don’t like the rustic look. I’m more contemporary modern. I’m from Florida, can’t wait to see what you find in Florida. And I’m looking for single wide.
LG the compressor in their refrigerators are a constant issue…
How much for the last 2 homes
🎉
I like this home except for those shelves in the kitchen on pipes which is ugly along with the ugly barn doors in the master bedroom.
How come I couldn't see what the price was?
It almost got cut off lol but I saw it @15:49 mark for $115K-120K
I like the color combination, but the home is too choppy for me.
I like everything about it except that your guests would have to walk through your kitchen to get from the living room to the dining room and if you're cooking and the kitchen is messy that would not be a nice thing for them to see.
What is single wide today? In the 60's it was 12 ft, the 70's it was 14 ft, in the 90's it was 16 ft.
I would prefer the laundry setup in somewhere other than the hallway.😊 The countertops look like a woman with long, stringy gray hair.😮 I really like the big linen cabinet in the master bath. Franklin is wonderful!
Love all you do Chance you are so sweet but I will have to disagree on this one, too much to list that is wrong. Never would purchase even for $50k still enjoy your presentation.
Has some nice features but not for me.
colors nope. lay out nope. not for me.
The colors inside and out, no thank you. Not going nack to the 70's with the paint. The tile in the master bathroom, nope.
