Im sure there are viewers who prefer short videos but I personally love the longer videos. I watch your videos while making dinner or doing dishes so the longer the better! I love to see all the details. And when the two of you are together!!! Its a blast! Your banter is hilarious but you each offer a different perspective that I really appreciate. And if someone prefers a shorter video, they can just fast forward to the parts they're looking for.

I have lived in two homes that have burned. One didn't have smoke detectors ('70's) the other only had one ('80's). I was at school foe both.
Beautiful home. I told my husband they make so many beautiful manufactured homes now I’m tempeted to sell my stick built home and buy one of these
Like that the stove has good amount of counter space on each side of it. Love the size of the island. Like primary bathroom. Love the shower.

Deer Valley quality shines through for sure. We have been looking for a manufactured home for a property we are looking to develop. One thing I liked about the video is you showed the drawers. I wish more people would do that and actually talk about how they are constructed. Seems to be a differentiator when we look at homes. They usually have good cabinets but the drawers do vary significantly. This one had dovetail joints. Doesn’t coke much better than that.
This is a beautiful house. The one in the blueprint is slightly different, it's a three bedroom and a little smaller. Great place. I really love the kitchen.

They do when it is listed. You can see the same floor plan they use on the website for the manufacturer.
Will do. These are some of the last few we have left from a full day of filming. We will do our best to add that in the future when we have it available to us at the time of filming. Good suggestion. You or someone else asked for that one of our last videos. These were all filmed the same day.
I like this home but would like more pantry.
I was in a Menards lately and after watching some of your videos I went and looked at tubs and showers. I was disappointed in what they had to offer for real.
I have all smiles go very far these smoke detector came on that's what saved me plus my little dog
Outside of real hardwood flooring. I'd pick vinyl over laminate everyday. With laminate the first water event you have it swells or gets ruined. Plus it's softer on your feet.
Love the layout - needs medicine cabinets in bathrooms - I’d add jets to master tub - and would make the kitchen more elegant instead of farmhouse - which will get old

Had two houses and lost both in divorces plus the last one my ex squatted for 5+ years and I was forced to give it back to the bank so they could do the eviction as the local court wouldn't considering it a family matter. Fortunately, with the prices sky rocketing I was able to just walk away without penalty (I had over $250k of equity in it).
Considering once of these nicer mobile homes as my last house with about 1800 sq ft and built in 1969 sold for almost $600k.
I hope I can find one without the fireplaces as I prefer a home theatre and they take up a lot of space.
Why is the wood different between the dining room and kitchen. The light wood line.
Those led flush mount lights aren’t producing very much light. I don’t like brown anything especially cabinets, beams or trim. Still watching
It's very nice and has some great features however, again this one lacks a entry way again especially for the size. Walk in to see a dining room table... That's odd! It needs a privacy wall or something.

another thing with vents in the floor, it's easier for pests/rodents to get in.
Oh and a sink in the utility room is needed 😢

The average American home is currently over $400,000 so this much more affordable. Also mobile homes do not require PMI.
the spot you said coffee area.. has no power out let. Id prefer an insta heat type of water heater, not the old style tanks. Insta heats are far better for long term maintenance, and take far less room. could have shown a bot more of the deck?
