Usually houses that have the primary suite in the living room are big deal breakers for me. But this particular house is very cute, for smaller house. I would want to add sliding doors in the dining room area, also add a microwave, but the water heater in the primary closet is a no, no, definitely! Even if I deal with the primary suit being in the living room only because there is a den/family room, the placement of the water heater is a big deal breaker for me.

I love the kitchen bar and kitchen. I would add carpet to living room and rest of house for warmth

I actually love the layout of this place place. I love the tub in the master bathroom. It's nice for a nice just starting out or someone who wants to downsize.
