Our Palm Harbor manufactured home is so sound proof, and sturdy that once there was a hurricane with 75 mph winds, and we didn’t even realize it had reached us until we looked out the window!
Very spacious. Would need some upgrades on finishing. Room for a 2A closet in the master, my husband would love that. I don't have near enough clothes to fill the closet, so he could set up a work bench in there for the 2A cleaning and upgrades. A door in the master would be awesome as well as a wood burning fireplace.
The house is beautiful and spacious, ideal for a large family! However, I recently finished watching a video of this channel suggested to me by RUclips and dating back three years ago...same model of house with the same layout, but slightly different appearance and arrangement of the furniture and it cost around 100000$ in less! I don't see many differences between one video and another other than the price difference for almost the same house...
Yeah this is my dream modular home along with the briar ritz, which is a little more affordable, when last I checked. I'm in South Carolina, where I have found there are not a lot of homes of this caliber: well built & spacious, features like walk in closets in guest bedrooms, a real pantry, ample kitchen cabinets, real lining closets (not that cabinet thing), spacious guest baths, tubs in all bathrooms, a full laundry room, and just the myriad of nice features & added attention to details, though one must pay for all these amenities. Clayton homes has a monopoly in this area. I was viewing homes & the salesperson said however the home is presently is how it's sold, but some lines of homes do allow for customization and changes of certain (limited) things. Thanks for the excellent tour & great explanation on details of the home.
Bingo! Clayton in the Carolinas has absolutely forced any other mfg homes out. We are moving from NC to VA this year. Finding a mfg builder there is just as hard. I had a Franklin dealer tell me they would ship to the state line then I had to take care of it from there. No one will compete with Clayton except Fleetwood. So I found a dealer in rustburg VA who handles Cavalier (another Clayton product, sadly) but it is very high quality. You know who owns Clayton, right??!! 🤬
I knew it was deer Valley when you said most expensive! I toured this one in Augusta Georgia a few years ago. Yes it's awesome but in this economy....Forget it! You know when your closet is big ,when a small family could live in it. Bet it has as much sq footage as a tiny home. I have seen two story modulars for less sadly.
Do not like that there is two bedrooms in the living room & one being the primary suite. Also I do not like that you have to go through one bedroom to get to the other bedroom or either you have to go through utility room to get to that same bedroom. The house seems very choppy to me & no I would not pay 300k for this house....
That’s for guest. I much rather my guest use a little powder and stay out of my bathroom and kids bathrooms. Plus how loud of a bowel movement are you having lol. Turn on the vent
Spacious mobile home layout not so impressed with. Bathroom off living room. Master room location. One bedroom long and narrow The price not impressed with. It's a mobile home that over time depreciates in value not increase. I would rather buy land and build a home. In my area the price tag for this mobile could buy a 12 acre 5 bedroom partial finish basement. Again, my option and my area I could do much better. Overall it may be somewhat nice mobile not when you think of price and depreciation value in my area.

This is the house I am working towards right now. I already have it planned out. I have fallen in Love with this home.
I love the jack and Jill plus the powder room. My guest don’t need to be going all through my house or in my personal bathroom.

Big houses equal big electric bills. It is gorgeous though.. Thanks for taking the time to film it for your fans!
Big roof could have a solar system. Mine gives me 50$ electric bills during the hot summer.
Depends on R rating mine is 4 bed 2 bath den and living room. My bill this month 178.00
Beautiful home with very large room.❤

Very nice house
You can. If you have time, you can contract it yourself and take bids... you could build a stick built on a slab for about half. This is instant.
My husband has enough to fill that closet. I could use the linen closet.

It's a nice home for sure. I like the floor plan with it, but you are correct about the price. Way too much to swallow for me.
Way to BIG for a Widow like me, but still a very nice home.
Very nice home. Where are you located? I live in the Northeast and would consider moving. Your homes are beautiful.
Hey guys I was just curious if y’all could make a video on a single wide called The Cypress that is located at Timberline homes in Clanton AL
All that space, a lot of it wasted and no coat closet by front door. You’d think there would be one with all that space.
I love Deer Valley homes but I do not like this floor plan. This is one I think they didn't get right. Great tour as usual tho. 😊
Thank you I thought I was the only one who didn't like it. I don't understand the bedroom door off the back door and laundry room.
Me either! It just seems like an afterthought to the bedrooms and utility. It's definitely a head scratcher.
I don't like the Jack and Jill bathroom or the door in the bedroom going into the utility room.
Love but for that price it should have heavy installation, granite countertops or cork, soft close drawers, real wooden cabinets
The second bathroom was very narrow.
I feel like there is so much waisted space.

Roomy but for that price the home would be on a slab.
I'm not sure I like the 1/2 bath being right in the living room. I want privacy, I mean privacy including sound....
That’s for guest. I much rather my guest use a little powder and stay out of my bathroom and kids bathrooms.
Plus how loud of a bowel movement are you having lol. Turn on the vent
@Blobby-obby
hahahahha
It doesn't matter who you are, every now and then there will be noise during a movement. Sometimes the sudden gas attack....
Too much wasted space. No way $365;000!
It would cost alot more in NH.
I don’t like the look of the front.
Nope. 365k for carpet? No thanks.
