I toured this home a few weeks ago. They made a lot of changes to the house - lots of upgrades. Those extra large sliding doors are amazing. They reconfigured the kitchen and flipped the master bedroom and bath. Not all states can get this model because it’s 90 feet long.
I really liked this home. I truly enjoy the features in Deer Valley homes. The only negatives for me are wire racks, no coat closet, and the claw foot tub. I would rather have a large jetted tub, or better yet, a walk in tub.
Deer Valley seems to be making some quality homes. Have you guys come across some smaller doublewides? Or other modular shapes? I really like the smaller designs and efficient use of space but don't like the "trailery" look of most single-wides.
A home I could live with. But I couldn't see any electrical outlets on the living room wall under the windows. I would make pull out shelves in the tall kitchen cabinet and large drawers in the kitchen in place of some of the lower cabinets. I don't like trying to dig things out of the back. 😂
Albeit beautiful why would someone pay 300,000 for this minus the property cost when you can have a wood structure home built for less? This home with a land package would be closer to 400,000 and that’s simply not realistic.
The video is 13 minutes and you managed to fit in more that 13 "guys" within that time frame. Congrats on saying that word at least one time per minute.😆
OK, I finally have to say this. Who in the world would want a microwave above a stove? We 5'4 or less people would have a heck of a time getting anything out of it especially if something is cooking on the stove. My feeling is that ALL microwaves should be at countertop level.

I was NOT expecting that many bedrooms WITH a den. HUGE home.
