Beautiful, and well laid out. The only thing I would change is in the master bathroom. Since there's a freestanding bathtub in there, I would prefer to have a fully tiled floor underneath and around it.
Me too, that makes a lot of sense, especially since the water can damage the current floors.

wish you guys would the finished cost of each of these walk throughs. they keep saying these are cheaper than a normal build but when I find any little info it doesn't seem to be much different?
I understand wanting to know exact pricing, we don't ever discuss final pricing with our custom builds to protect the privacy of our customers. We try to do our best regarding pricing in our other videos and even showing pricing on our site for our shells.
