I am a new Instant Pot user and I absolutely love these videos but wish instead of quickly going through a list
of ingredients, as very few of us have a photographic memory and need a list of ingredients for shopping and cooking.
Please take the time to list the ingredients and instructions. It would be very easy to copy and paste from the web site.
    Thank you.

nstant Pot: Wendy’s Copycat Chili (adjusted)
      Ingredients
      1 tbsp olive oil
      2 tsp minced garlic
2 lb ground turkey (you could also use ground beef)
      1/2 large onion, chopped
1 large red bell pepper, chopped
      4 stalks celery, chopped
1 package McCormick's Hot Chili Seasoning
      1 cup water
1 15 oz can dark red kidney beans, drained
2 10 oz can RoTel with chile
1 15 oz can diced tomatoes
1 15 oz can tomato sauce
      1 tbsp corn starch
      Directions
Set your Instant Pot to saute. Add in the oil and garlic.
Once the oil and garlic start simmering, add ground turkey and brown.
Mix in the chopped onion, bell pepper and celery to the pot.
Cook until the onion starts being translucent.
Add McCormick's Chili Seasoning and water. Mix well.
Add kidney beans, RoTel, diced tomatoes, and tomato sauce to the pot and stir.
Close your instant pot and make sure the valve is sealed. Set it to manual for 10 minutes.
Let your Instant Pot naturally release.
Once done, mix the corn starch with some cold water before stirring it into the pot to thicken the sauce.

Hi Jennifer, Enjoyed your video! Do you mind telling me where you purchased the wooden spatula that you used to stir your chili. It looks great and I'd like to purchase one like it. Thanks so much, Maggi

I am almost positive I got it at either WalMart or Target. I've had it for over ten years!! I have also seen them recently at Bed Bath & Beyond.

Maggi Hughes I got nice wood spatulas at .99 cent store. Nice edge for chopping up ground beef in the pot, good for stirring too. Love mine!

Why change things if it's supposed to be a "'copycat" recipe. That way it's not a copycat. It's just turkey chili.

I agree! Wendy's isn't made with ground turkey!

I have never seen or tasted celery in Wendy's chili! Or bell peppers.

Why would anyone want to copycat Wendy’s chili?! That’s nasty stuff made with leftover patties. 😩

Lori Sharp to me it's a brilliant business idea. Always serve a fresh hamburger and a good repurpose for the hamburgers that don't get sold. And Wendy's chili is so good. And evidently you didn't watch the video because she used fresh ground turkey.
