Dear Pragya, your videos are precious because you are a yoga student in its Country. I always watch your video because I trust in your teaching.
I also loved the wonderful noise of the city, it reminds to me the colours, the smell the life of India that I'm so longing to visit.
Thank you 🙏🏻
Breath out to begin. Always. Start this kind of practice with a serious teacher. Always : ) Namaste
Thank you! That was very clear, thorough and easy to understand.
Nicely and very simple way explained .Thanks for sharing.
You're a very good teacher. Namaste 🙏💛

Nice video, thanks for the demo
Powerful techniques of yoga should be practiced under expert supervision. If they can benefit when done right they can be harmful too. It’s better to learn these in presence of a teacher then practice individually that is what we have learnt in the inner engineering program offered by Isha foundation.
Thank you... Really informative video...
Thanku mam for such a wonderful info..
Ur interior is very cool.
well done, thanks!
Good.
Great
Thank you for the video. This is the first video that I am seeing describing how it can be done. Are you sure moola bandha is done after exhaling?
Thank you so much for this video😍
thank u mam
Great..
Thanks for this video, very informative. I have a question about the second bandha; after the inhalation and exhalation, do you have to hold your breath when you pull your belly button towards your spine and try to hold that position? Or is it a slow exhalation when doing so?
Hi, Thank you so much for your videos. Your video on Bandas
really was helpful for me. Can you please make a short video or just tell me
here, what is the daily Pranayama that I can practice and how long I can practice
everyday? Thank you so much for all your help.
:) thank you
😮
it is a pity that the sound quality is pathetic, very poor because you are so knowledgable and doing such good work.. good luck !
hlo,can it be done 3 times in a row in the morning as in to preserve the seminal fluid or on another note one time each just in the morning.Being regular, would it help to preserve the force.thanks!
admirable of u to explain yoga
Great video describing Bandhas. WOW, She talks very fast , may be that's the way Indians speak English.
coming here after learning bandhas from inner engineering sadhguru, quite different process here
Hi. could you please describe the correct position to sit in while doing pranayam and bandhas. I'm a bit fat so can't do padmasana properly.
Is there a sequence like you start from moul bandha and go up or vice versa?
Asking in context of kindalini awakening as it's suppose to rise up ....
So does it matter in what sequence you do them?
Thanks
Thanks much dear
Thank you for the video. Can you tell us for how long we can do each bandha for? Or how many cycles?
thanks
Isn’t Jalandhar bandha exhale and lock the chin?
Do you push the stomach out on the in breath?
Mee also want to learn maha bandha
hii..can you please show me some asanas for PCOS ?? n also to balance hormonal level because I am having high level of testosterone..please
thankyou! Do you, when doing the Bandhas pull in as hard as possible so as to keep the area tense? e.g the first bandhan you explained I tried this and pulled my chin into my neck as hard as possible, I then woke up with quite sore glands!
hi sister, thanks a lot for that quick one. I hv read that B.S iyengar had adviced that Moola Bandha should be attempted first in antara kumbhaka (retention after inhalation). so im confused about which one is the right way to do? also please let me know that if i shall practice moola bhanda all over the day and also immediately after eating?
Urdhav-retas and tribandha both are same or different ?
When you are doing uddianda banda is sounds like you are saying reanthaba? What is that? Also, what you are doing is Uddianda Kriya, Uddianda banda is just below the belly button.
'mull' màm SAS bahar chhor k under Lena hy ya nahi
Audio video are not clear
you are saying 3 times a day after food how much time should be avoided to practice this
🙏
I read something in a book and I wonder if you would know anything about it.
They explained chakra locks a little bit differently. The root chakra lock was mostly the same, but they were suggesting a tin tuck and simultaneous shoulder shrug for the neck lock (I can't remember what they had called it though).
Are there different ways to do this?
Please ma'm, hindi me aapke video dijiye!
Thanks honey that was good
what about maha bandha?
Thank You mam. Can this assist with raising Kundalini from the Root Chakra
No
Mula baṅdha is after exlation or inhalation .... some yogis suggest after inhalation. Confused . Could you please explain it ?
Hom Sharma after exhalation.
AndroidAmI exactly..cos you cant contract muscles when inhaling and you have to have relax abdomanal muscles and when you exhale you contract all together..you can also do mula bandha when youre holding your breath. But for me the easiest tehnique for mula bandha combine with yogic breathing is when exhaling also!
Hi! Thanks for that! I have 2 questions - can you do them all at the same time? And if so, how (after an inhale or an exhale)? And how many times do you repeat it in one sitting? Thanks!
kendalismyname Hi Kendal - do them all together after an exhale. 3 times in a sitting is good!
Pragya Bhatt thank you!
The bandhas samadhi?
sorry, too poor a sound quality.
awesome ! but do i have to do these in this particular order during the day?
How. 2 increase. Breast. Size. Plz. Reply
Sounds is distracted
Jalandar bandh me exhale karna hota ya inhale
It's hold after breath
very good explanation. please speak slower, it's important what you're transmitting
can you do them lying down
I wouldn't suggest doing them lying down because you compromise on correct breathing techniques then.
thanks really like the simple explanations of bandhas.
No mic....
Prayga Bhatt how are you doing i was wondering can i do all 3 poses 3 times a day or one pose per day? and thank you for everything.
Hi homica...I'm doing well. Thanks for asking. you can do all the bandh as every day. except don't do the mulabandha when you are on your period. hope this helps!
very much thank you.
यह vedio केवल अंग्रेजो के लिये है
Dear Pragya it isn't bandhaa it is pronounced as 'bandh' or 'bundh'. English kills.
Dear Naarad, does it really matter if you call a lock bundha or tundha, its just a lock. What certainly kills is mixing up yoga (universal in many respects) with a dead language (however beautiful) or culture (at least a decaying one).
You shouldn't have exhaled via mouth
Please listen to your videos before uploading. The sound quality is terrible. The recording device is far away from you, so use an external microphone. Also choose a place with less echo.
Very nice. May I kindly suggest that you speak slowly. There are people from all over the world watching. It's difficult to follow the accent otherwise 😊
Please pronounce Hindi words property. It is not Bandha. It is Bandh. Indians have no excuse for mis-pronouncing Hindi words.
Her last name is Bhatt...she should know how to speak Hindi.
AndroidAmI in Hindi it is Bandh but in Sanskrit it is Bandha. The word is a Sanskrit word.
