Dear Surbhi, I wish I knew these Bhandas earlier---- I could have used these techniques during my long flight from Europe to Canada yesterday. These could be subtly done without drawing too much attention which I am sure willl be beneficial. Are there anymore subtle exercises one could do while sitting for long hours in a sedentary position. 🎉

Please do not confuse this maha bandha from the one that is done in Shambhavi. Maha bandha that is taught in Shambhavi, should only be done with Shambhavi.🙏

Thank you for watching the videos. Please clarify that Maha bandha shown here is not the way that you are suppose to do in Shambhavi. This is the normal practice of Mahabandha. Sadhguru has taught it differently for Shambhavi. I have stated it clearly in the description of the video.
It makes me to try and practice bandhas in a systematic way. Your narration is quite simple but effective. Thanks a lot. Kindly explain how to combine these bandhas during pranayama with kumbhaka.

Please understand that this is not the way that bandhas are done in Shambhavi Mahamudra. You can do these bandhas as a normal yoga practice. But when you are doing Shambhavi, follow the way that was taught by Isha Foundation.
