If any of what is said in this talk is able to land, it has the potential to be life changing. This is unbelievably rich and profound. Thank you so much Ty for sharing your understanding and experience. I'm feeling very inspired by the fact that he is speaking from the heart, without a script, and the things that are coming out are right in line with the great scriptures and teachings. I'm filled with hope and a feeling of solidarity. Thanks again.

This is the only lecture I’ve found that succinctly describes the awakening experience through the lens of hatha yoga. This was beautiful. Thank you.

I have been studying and practicing yoga for over 50 years and have trained with some great gurus and teachers. This is the best basic lecture on yoga I have ever heard! Amazing! Well done ! I have sent it to the owner of our local yoga center with the hope she shares it with all of her teachers. 🙏🏼❤️🙏🏼

Excellent video, a beautiful clarification of all sorts of issues, and exactly the introduction I need for this practice.

The constructs of the mind and dissolution of it happens simultaneously, in abstract sense; what we create also become interrelated with purification and this cosmic embodiment between physical relativity and non-physical relativity. Creation in itself interrelating with the subtlety of the depth of our core beingness, and this dance of evolving into understanding our perceiving of extrasensory essence that is the embodiment and elixir of a spiritual wholeness of being. Eventually life can become fleeting, and we understand the things we are not, so that we also understand that dissolution is a part of the balance between refining ourselves over time.

This was a great talk, with a hollistic point of view that makes yoga so incredibly magical and practically at the same time. Thank you

Thank you for sharing. The whole concept is new for me, so it's been moderately troublesome to grasp the idea. I guess this talk might have been given for more experienced yogis. Just my perspective. Again, thank you for diving that deep.

This is an incredibly comprehensive and beautiful description of how the material body is an expression of the essential source of all creative energy. Thank you. Just fyi, the video has become distorted, so while I listened to the audio, the video did not come through. Hope someone can fix this!

Hi Ty! love your videos! around 47:40, did you experience that milky stuff white thing going down? I know it's metaphor, nothing milky goes down, rather, it is an energy that goes. Did you have it happen to you? This is very important to me to understand because, untangling things in muladhara, i found myself, clicking my tongue on the top of my head many times, but many other sensations like the milky thing you talk about. This is very intriguing.

Westerners including Ty have a hard time pronouncing HATHA properly. It is HUT-HA. Not Haatha. The T uses a retroflexed tongue which is near impossible for westerners! Go south from Goa to Karnataka, and in Kannada hut-ha means being stubborn or obstinate! A hut-ha maari is even worse: a hard headed devil! :) Hut-ha was meant to indicate that it is a Yoga of physical force or energy. From Wiki: "The Sanskrit word हठ haṭha literally means "force" and thus alludes to a system of physical techniques." हठ : in this word, the second letter is a hard, aspirated THA sound. Not like in Thin, thick.
