Thank you for sharing such a valuable teaching with all of us Laruga. I practice the primary series with you on a RUclips video every morning, and you have become an inspiration. It hasn’t been long since I am practicing every day, but I already feel my heart opening so much that I can’t stop feeling love and gratitude for everything. Peace and lots of love to all of you reading this❤ Namaste 🙏

Love this vid! However, there is an ostensible paradox in this philosophy that I have grappled with for a while regarding moving beyond pain/pleasure, "neutrality", or detachment. This teacher calls it "the sweetest taste possible". Doesn't that imply something pleasurable, some superior Good? And how can we not judge our stiff, uncapable, painfilled bodies while at the same time "keeping the long-term in mind" i.e. hoping for and expecting benevolent progress in our practice? Why do we seek peace, stillness, and non-judgment if all feelings and experiences just 'are', just exist as things/beings etc.; if good and bad doesn't really exist? Then surely agitation or depression wouldn't be a less desirable (elevated) state of being than Buddha keeping still in the eye of the storm? Hope someone has thoughts on this as I would love to understand!

Perhaps when in the eye of the storm, the Buddha turned his awareness to impermanence?

What if you live with parents who dont believe in yoga and asana but believe in medications and alcohol and cigarettes.? , i don't vibe with their energy. Also can their energy linger on me or my clothes?
