EVAP Codes? Try This Easy Maintenance Tip on your CAR'S GAS CAP

Evap codes will cause your car's CEL (check engine light) to come on, and considering they are emissions related codes, they can be a stubborn code to clear out. A good o-ring lubricant can protect and preserve the different types of gasket and seals on your car's gas cap (and diesel). These simple gaskets over time can degrade enough to allow a slight pressure differential to trip codes on the OBD2 diagnostic software.
