NEW VIDEO!!! CANT WAIT TO WATCH!!! Thanks for the video Jay! Big fan of yours!
An incredible guide to the particles I've never used so many tools to create cool animations. I would also like to see how straight lines connected to each other are created, which change in space like in a HUD element
this is brilliant ty bro, new to fusion and davinci and learning a lot from your vids
From start to end videos are the best! As a visual learner, I have to see it!
Thanks for all of these amazing videos :) it’s not much, but I wanted to show some support :)
I appreciate that
im about a yer late to the video but this is so dope, thank ya sir
I was waiting for good particle how-to. Thank You
You're welcome 😊
A great tutorial to show the power of particles of fusion! And the talent of you too JayAre! 🙏
Thanks for the great video, I am having problems with it being smooth, but it is a start. That's for sure; I would like to take some of your training to get a certification; I need the Gas prices to drop more first!
Do you have, or could you make, a tutorial showing how to create a wave or mountain-like effect with an ImagePlane3D node? Was experimenting this morning and was able to create a nice pattern using sNgon and sMerge nodes into a bitmap, then background, and imageplane 3d but could not figure out how to (hopefully) use FastNoise to generate text and height similar to how you did in this with the particle emitter.
is this possible? Probably using the wrong nodes to accomplish what i'm trying to do....
Not sure if you still look at these comments but I was wondering if you knew how to make sure it starts with movement instead of starting flat and ending with movement and/or animate it so that you can choose where the particles are? Also, at some point in the timeline the particles just disappear, would you know of a way to fix that?
Amazing, would like to see your system usage whilst playing that back aha
would you mind explaining how you have certain elements showing what looks like a mini-preview of what it's doing in the node editor?
You mean the viewers? Each node had two white dots, one for each viewing window above. They start off black, click on the one on The left puts that node in the left viewing window, s right dot to right window. You can also pick viewers by hitting 1 or 2 on the keyboard when a node is selected. You can also drag the node into the viewer you want to select. It doesn't actually permanently move the node it looks like you are flicking it towards the window. That's what you see him doing.
@@Photovintageguy no, what I mean is how the background node, for example, shows a preview of that background actually in the node. That thumbnail kind of view of the nodes can be great as a quick visual representation of what the node is doing without the need to run it in a full viewer
@@LetsTalkAboutReaper right click, show, show tile pictures.
@@MattMcCool0 thank you
Hey JayAre, really great Informations in this one. First time I saw the pCustom node in use. I would love to see more about those type animators like Follower, keystretcher ect....
Thank you so much. Good work
You are welcome!
Following along, but my particles are still too large. Is there another setting I should adjust. Great tutorials - btw!
Hey ! Thanks for that tutorial !
Was wondering if this could react to music ? I’m looking to create a sort of 3D audio visualizer 😅
Now I want to do something related to the PS3 type ui mograph with your tutorial.
This was super cool. Have you ever used a particle emitter to put backlit dust in a scene? That would be a cool tutorial.
more more more..this was amazing
I'll do the best I can to keep them coming.
Great tut, what script/plugin do u use to get the node thumbnail/previews
It's built in Fusion
@@JayAreTV how to activate it
Right click in the node window and enable any of the tile picture options.
niceee. can you make a tutorial particle globe or trapcode idk how to name it in davinci resolve?^^
Hey Jay How Many Years Have you been doing this for ??
great mate
Impressive how davinci is evolving, almost like unreal engine
hm, Fusion has this ability for the last 10 years already :) from before they where bought by blackmagic
@@remkm1715 Yep, it was formerly "Eyeon Fusion". I remember learning rotoscoping in version 5, back around 2011-12, during a VFX course I was attending.
Jay... The image not the blue background cuts out after 99 frames... I've checked each and every node and they are the full length of the fusion comp. Would you know why this is and how to address it?
Lifespan of the emitter... my bad... great job on the tutorial.. carry on with the good work kind sir.
@@editology I had the same problem. Your comments saved my sanity. Thank you.
I cant see my background after adding pRender and waiting
Why does my render3D not doing anything? I just get a white background (color of my background3), nothing displays on the background. Can you pls help
why a 2nd rectangle key-framing and not the first to come in? thx 4 the vid.
vid.
If I was to only have 1 rectangle and moved it, one of the edges wouldn't be faded.
hey man this is running really smooth, can you please share your pc specs?
Is anyone else's pRender not working?
