Great video, have you ever thought about using the laser to burn/cut the stitching holes in the leather? It would make it much easier to hand stitch the patch.
Great video , question, I'm using a Atomstack S10 , when engraving say 3 patches using leatherette ,oe even leather 1 or 2 patches with engrave fine where as 1 patch will engrave slightly lighter , any idea why , thanks

I run at 50 speed / 100 power / 50 freq. It sound to me your laser is not focus to high or you are running the speed to slow.

I use satin clearcoat sometimes nothing
What kind of laser do you have to have?
I am pretty sure any low end laser could engrave leather patches. Need to talk to the laser sale or technical support guy.
