I always enjoy watching these types of videos. Seeing these powerlifters/bodybuilders go through what they eat in a day is always super fascinating. Jamal seems like a chill dude too and his place looks cozy lol.
If there is a gold standard in full day of eating this is it right here. Every athlete you featured tell's different kinds a approach in nutrition and we learn alot from it. And recently you get to feature Evan Centopani and that is peak! 💯💪🏼
I mean, even Jamal said in the video that he does cheat meals and he looks great lol. I love me some Texas Roadhouse too but there’s nothing wrong with going like once a week or every other week.
@@JMFYT92 yeah, all about moderation and consistency. You don't ruin months of hard work with one meal...but sometimes one meal off plan turns into one week of being off etc.
Probably quite a few. I know I had a few buddies stop competing in bodybuilding in college because of the dieting required to do a show eliminating a lot of social activities. I think if you are more competitive and performance based with training powerlifting is more fulfilling.
Damn.. a wireless food scale 😮 pretty sweet! Great video. To me, you guys have one of the best jobs in the world. Talk about what you love, get to go to different gyms, ride alongs, grocery stores, hanging out with the best athletes in the buisness.🫡 to the best out there = M.S! ✌️🤜🤛
Muscle and Strength, if you ever find a insect only eating bodybuilder, PLEASE post a video about him. I'd love to see how insect protein works. Would be intriguing (If some one is willing to consume only bugs for protein).
Calvin, camera guy of cbum does the same. They nerd out with the camera rig and special lenses instead of using industry standards like a Sony FX body with a Sony G-master lens. In camera and lens stabilization and even post software. But no, they have to go the hard route so we can watch shacky videos like it’s 2001 again 😂🥲
@@brederbeeldor maybe sometimes the content producer doesn’t have their camera up when a really good sound bite starts so they do what they can to get the content. We don’t control the script of the show, sometimes the shots aren’t the best but the audio is clean and the message is heard
Sumos are better for your lower back and offload the weight more towards your inner thighs. The regular deadlift is all glutes and quads. It just depends on what you want to do .
Im a simple man. When M&S uploads a diet video, click it
Let’s goooo
Me too haha
this channel sucks lol
He’s deadlift sum around 950 conventional @242, still hella impressive
Good switch up... def like to see more powerlifting vids 👍
We are going to be bringing some more strength focused athletes on here soon !
@@muscleandstrengthif you don’t mind, how about Amanda Lawrence? She is so underrated as a powerlifter!
Jamal seems like a very down to earth person, great guy and a great video!
12:21 he watches Dexter , what a Legend and what a Show , everyone needs to watch this Show - Dexter .
I really like this full day of eating videos
We like that you like them!
Same

Glad to hear you enjoy the show, thanks for the support 🙂
The camera work is FINE! Movement makes it more realistic!! People will complain about anything 🙄
This is literally my favorite RUclips channel, I've watched every full-day-of-eating video millions of times!
means a lot thanks for the continued support!!!

Glad you enjoyed it! More Content with Evan coming soon thanks so much for the support!
Something different to watch which was great good stuff M&S 👍🏽
Blueberries by themselves is crazy but putting salt on them is fine. I dont understand :D
Cool seeing more of Jamal on this Channel . Didn't realise he was transitioning to Body building
Yeah! I think he will do well! Thanks for the comment and support!
These videos keep me from going to Texas Roadhouse and eating an entire basket of rolls and cactus blossom.
Those are two things that are so hard to pass up lol
I mean, even Jamal said in the video that he does cheat meals and he looks great lol.

12:15 Watching Dexter with greek yoghurt and blueberries, the perfect combo
Time to Chillll
Make a video 100hrs long with bodybuilders eating the same xxit and i will still watch it let's go!😂😅😊❤
Does anyone else eat their oats first, for fear of them getting cold? 👀
Make a paste from the protein powder and pour it on the oats, cream of rice and yoghurt. Game changer 😎
Meals 3 and 4 were my favorites
Him forgetting to take off the lid on the pink Himalayan salt is something I do pretty regularly. So watching a pro do the same thing is funny
I totally agree lol
I agree I only eat blueberries with cottage cheese, that’s the best mix
12:20 Today i was watching dexter as well while taking my post workout meal 😁
Which season tho?
@@muscleandstrength I am on season 1 right now, just started recently.
Which bmw is that? Looks awesome
Dude is pretty big and strong for the amount of food he eats. I’m a 190 pound natural bodybuilder and I eat triple of what he ate
Yeah- the calories aren't super high for a powerlifter but he did mention he was on a deficit. I'd be curious where maintenance is.
Wonder how many people out there chose powerlifting over bodybuilding because of the diet

hey mates , could anyone write the product name of the kitchen scale down ? definitely need it , best wishes from germany
Will ask and find out , not just for you lol

Typically it is with the hot cereals!

Open your mouth when you speak Jamal

Leave the cameraman alone. You aren't paying to watch this video so chill man. Just enjoy the fact that they give us free content and enjoy it.
@@muscleandstrength You’re right, sorry for the unnecessary frustration from my part 😂🫣 Really enjoying the channel for many years 🫶
it's fuel not food 🗿
If he ain't eating a 500kg diet i ain't believing it's legit
❤🙌🍗😋😍
The only fibre he gets is from the blueberry ?
On this day yes, unless the greens powder has some in it.
oats
Big weight but sorry, I just can't respect the sumo deadlift.

Who gives AF!? ED COAN did it. Dan Green, Chris Duffin, Nuff said.
Might as well switch to conventional people Respect you more def good athlete tho
too lazy to use a rice cooker is a different type of lazy.. sheesh lol
He said he didn’t have time to cook before the shoot after just getting back from a work trip
Boring video
