Great work and video Pharraway 🤝
Thank you so much 😀
Thanks for taking the time to make another clear and concise video!
Glad you enjoyed it!
Just in time. Have to paint my new rear Volkswagen fender tomorrow!
Always satisfying seeing shiny new paint being applied! 😀
I totally agree!
Can i use the red pad to scuff a new bumper aswell?
Yes. Unless its raw plastic! Then red is too aggressive and you will have to use grey pad with scuff paste. Then seal it when you are done.
@@splash5974 thanks
Thank you for sharing your true skill and craftsmanship!
Thank you very much!
Got my decals the other day and they are sharp brother, thank you!

I’m jealous it was 95 degrees there ! It was only 10 here in the UK 🤣
Looks good bro! I really like that Walcom.
I like these short videos I learnt to spray my first car wing in the 10 weeks course in college thank you for your channel always watching out for your next video stay safe farraway
Anytime brother
I always enjoy your work. A great channel! Gary
Thank you so much 😊
Excellent job!!!
Yes Sir! Another great video!
dude you are a beast! your fluid is wound out so much you smash the paint on in 1 pass! for me I try to close down the needle and go slower with more passes. it's probably the wrong way but I'm not a seasoned pro so I wanna see if my slow turtle way is gonna work for me
Great how to tutorial video, thanks for sharing 👍🏻

Hey there man I'm enjoying the content but I do have a question I'm assuming that the materials have improved since I was doing this with any regularity but I was always taught you should shoot a panel the way it'll hang on a vehicle a door up and down offender up and down and so on is that not necessary with the new paints and clears thanks keep up the good work
Nice work bro!
Appreciate it!
great video
Nice job bro.
Thanks!
Two thumbs up brother!
Much appreciated
Could you please tell us what the stand is that you put the part on for spraying? Thank you for a great video.
Buen

The clearcoat is bubbling on my Honda Civic. Can I wet sand it? What grit? Thanks. It's just a out in weather driver
You can email me at pharrawaypaint@gmail.com
How long can it be in sealer before painting? A day, week, month? If it didn't get my truck painted after sealer for a week or two or twelve, would that be OK? You're a good teacher, thanks for the video.
It can technically be in sealer indefinitely. You just have to clean it then scuff it before applying basecoat. When doing it all at one time it chemically bonds to each coat. When you have time in between sealer and base you need to scuff it so the base mechanically bonds to the sealer.
@@jaydotseedot That's exactly what I needed to know. Thanks for taking the time.
I see some Jaegermeister at 1:25, do you use it as a paint thinner? LOL
Love the video man.
Lol no I use it as a paint stick holder
So nice
Could u also use regular primer or etch primer? Or is sealer another name that can be used for primer
sealer is primer but don't need to sand it
Do you save the jagermeister for use on bmw's, mercaedes benz's, vw's,and porsche's?
no I dont sorry
To paint the inside of fenders, do you hang them to do both sides at once?
Yes its the best way
What about the edges resting on the stands? Aren't there small areas of edges that don't receive the paint because they're on the stands? So do you finish painting what you can, wait for it all to dry, all three coats or whatever, then come back and hit the edges that didn't get full coverage? Thanks.
It's very little that doesn't get paint hardly noticeable
Im trying to paint the fender of my truck on my own , i have the tools & everything, i would love to learn new skill , so practicing on my own truck would be a good way to start. Would it be necessary to do a light scuff on it & wipedown after the sealer make sure is smooth ? or no ? Also when you do the mixing , what would be the measurements ?
or sanded down after sealer ?*
Yes sand it down first and about the mixing it depends on the brand paint
Can I just sand it instead with 240 grit on a hutchins 4500?
240 will be to aggressive if your using the 4500 go with 320 or 400
How did you setup the fans. Did they push air or suck? I see you had some venting holes on the other end? Want to elaborate? 🙏🏻😀
It sucks it out
If I don't use sealer must I put 2k primer sand it and than spray
Yes
💪💪💪
What was your air pressure 35? sounds strong. Great job
Base was at 28psi and clear was at 33psi
Do you think i can get same results without paint gun
Yes you can just use good rattle can paint
How can I get some of that grant 7 clear.
Go to buycustompaint.com
Do u paint the inside of the fender?
Yes
Is that fender already pre primed From the factory?
They come with E-coat
@@PHARRAWAY got it thanks
👍👍👍💯
How much was that spray gun carnal?
this one is about $400
Paint the inside first I’ll hang mine with hooks
Should have blended with the door
