I started using grease again because of you! I started with the Blue Magic Indian Hemp and I'm now on my second one, the Super Sure Gro. It's exactly the same as the Indian Hemp, but it's a different color and the smell isn't as strong. I've also noticed the same things in my hair that you noticed in yours - my hair is a lot thicker, SOFTER and more manageable. The difference has been so drastic that I'm never going without grease again! And as far as the pillowcase staining goes, I have a workaround for it - I wrap my hair with a silk scarf, put a silk or satin hair bonnet on top, and I'll often sleep with a microfiber hair wrap on my pillow. I have satin pillowcases and stains show up very noticeably, but if I do this after applying grease, I get no stains whatsoever.
I love using grease. Years of being natural and using almost every natural hair product on the market I always felt like I couldn’t keep my hair moisturized past 2-3 days. When I went back to grease my hair stays moisturized all the way up to my next wash day.😊
Love grease! Clarifying shampoo is a must when washing. Sauve one is great and follow with deep conditioner and heat cap. And i always make sure i add grease to slightly damp hair to seal and lock in moisture. Apply grease through out your hair but concentrate on the ends. Nature blessings, blue magic and dax are the best. I even mix in additional castor oil to my grease. My hair is never greasy but im high porosity. Be liberal with grease application but dont over apply.
Watching your videos inspired me to use grease again and I haven’t looked back. Pros: all the things you mentioned - softness, more manageable, easy to detangle, truly sealing, and defines my curls like nobody’s business! Cons: not many, but probably the staining of couches, pillowscases, car head rest, anything my hair touches while damp. My way around that is just wearing a shower cap!🤪
🥰I love your rejection of negativity 😌 I've been using the green jar but since its empty now I bought the one you love, the Indian hemp. And all I know is that grease never failed me as a kid, with hair all down my back soo...
I experience the same acne breakouts from hormones. All my life it has been a challenge to maintain acne free face. I never liked grease so I knew it was never that. Glad you talked about that because healthy oily skin with acne doesn’t mean you cake yourself with grease 😭
I get one or two pimple my time of month as well I use something called esteosmart or won’t banish them all but I don’t get the cyst like ones they are small and manageable.
You got me using grease again. Thanks! I love it. I threw out all my other “natural” products; I don’t use them. But this grease? I use it all the time.

I started using grease again a month ago. I loved it because the humidity didn't affect my wash and go and it makes my hair so much easier to detangle and so moisturized for a long time. It was so good for my hair But I stopped because of the cons. It makes my hair too oily, I had stains on my pillowcases, my clothes and my boyfriend's clothes when I sleep on him. Everytime my bf and I touch my hair, it leaves so much oil on the hands. I try to not be heavy handed but I always have this problem. I have never experienced acnes before grease. I have bangs and I noticed acnes on my forehead since I started using grease. Also, my scalp doesn't like sulfates at all. It makes my scalp so dry and itchy. I have to use something lighter than grease because my scalp can stand sulfate-free shampoo or shampoo with very soft sulfates only. Grease is just not for me.
U ever thought of buying regular petroleum jelly & just mixing ur own oils and butters in it? All grease is that after all. U could be allergic to one of the ingredients in the greases u used. I tested this out by using regular petroleum jelly and it doesn't irritate me at all

Hopefully I don't get blocked cuz my comment is in regards to helping the hormonal acne. Not sure if you tried it, but spearmint tea is great for preventing hormonal acne, but I hear some people quit spearmint tea after awhile. Not sure why, but might be somethhing to look into before you start. For me, burdock and dandelion tea worked the best!! And as far as I know there are no side effects unless maybe someone has a liver or kidney issue and needs to watch their fluid intake. Dandelion is a great overall detoxifier, and burdock tea is a blood purifier. I would get painful bumps along my jaw when I start ovulating and they wouldn't go away until a day or 2 after my cycle. But burdock tea helped me the most with my hormanal bumps. Also, flaxseeds make my skin GLOW!! But you have to grind them up to get all the nutritional benefits. Also, grind them yourself, like up to a week's worth and keep in the fridge, or the oils go rancid quick. If you try them, I hope they help!! If you have a Foodlion grocery store in your area, they sell a store brand detox tea that has spearmint, dandelion and burdock mixed together! It's my staple! Rarely get breakouts anymore!
@@NM-ny4qb Not long, I would say less than a month or right at a month. Maybe like 3 week for the burdock tea. I haven't tried spearmint tea on it's own, only in a blend. I just found the detox tea at Foodlion like 2 or 3 months ago. And that cleared my skin within a week or 2 of drinking it every morning on an empty stomach & at least 1 hour away from medication. The flaxseeds I cant say for sure if they help with reducing bumps, because my face was already clear when I started them, flaxseeds did add a smoothness to my skin texture and a radiant glow. It also helps heals my fingers when they peel badly and keeps my skin feeling plump and moisturized, like it retains moisture better. They say it's eczema but I think it's a food allergy to wheat. Some people take supplememts like vitamin B5 and Zinc for hormonal acne, but supplements can be a bit unsafe if not monitoring your levels. Ive seen people report they stopped using B5 because it cause excessive hair shedding and other issues, and too much zinc can deplete copper which causes A LOT of scary side effects. So I tried to go as natural as possible. DIM is also really good for cysts or hormonal acne, but you can get that naturally from eating lots of cruciferous veggies like broccoli and cabbage. Iodine helps as well with cysts & hormonal acne, so don't forget sea vegetables like healthy sourced seaweed! Don't take iodine as a supplement though unless you are taking selenium because it can really mess up the thyroid. So make sure you can get what you can from food first! Best wishes!
