I use sulfur 8 grease or hair food grease that is for growing hair and 3 days a week I use a little oil blend. Once a week I spray hair with green tea with the oils. I get scalp treatments once a month and my hair retwist or curled with rods by stylist. Good Experts know how much energy to use when twisting hair so not to stress hair out.

The water may be "hard" where she lives so it may be harder for her to contain moisture with it. Since she just got done washing and she's trying to moisturize her hair that's probably the reason why she's using purified water. Just a guess though. I hope this helped you a little bit

Lol right now I’m using the coconut kind called proclaim hair n scalp conditioner! But I don’t use it heavy to the scalp! It touches it 😂just not so much! Cause I don’t want to clog pores gf hacked)✨😊
I’m going back to using blue magic and all the products my mum used on me
You are SO genuine and entertaining ❣️
Thank you so much!☺️
Oh no this means their prices are gonna go up. Pretty soon grease is gonna be like $12.99 👀
😩😭😨😳don’t say that Uma go buy like 3-4more containers cuz u said that
I'll just use Vaseline if they try that nonsense
I bought a years supply 😅 £2.95 each.
On Amazon, I’ve seen it as high as 29.00 on for certain jars. LOL
Dollar Tree sells good hair grease also. It seems to work good for my natural hair.
I’m going back to Grease cus the creames seem like it’s making my hair break off. But grease makes me retain length. Ppl say it clogs your scalp idk how true that is, I would just use a clarifying shampoo tho
Anyone low porosity 4a/4b and tried this with success. I'm trying to moisturize and keep it moisturized (w/o coconut). I'll appreciate any help from anyone. Everyone and your family stay blessed and healthy ✝️🙏🛐. Much love 😘
Gorgeous😍. And yasss i love blue magic, its made my hair+scalp so healthy.
Thank you!! Happy for you!
I would have like to see the after look when it was fully dry.
I've been natural wll my life and this is exactly how my mama styled my hair. Grease & Water braidouts were my base and she would comb my hair from there.
This was a great video! 🙂
😱Thank you! Love your videos🤗
Omg!!! That’s my favorite too. A lil goes a long way 🤗🤗love it
Yess!!
How and how often do you re-moisturize? Is it, basically, the same process, but dampening the hair first by spritzing with a liquid?
Once a week should be good, preferably wash day
And follow the same steps
Nice, thanks for video. I’m Mexican & had some clue but this was enlightening. I wanna try this on my daughter. Ps. Good tips
Water and Blue Magic all the way. My mom would always do this to my hair. It’s simple so why not. To me all Blue Magic products are good.
Hey hey hey hey... I use leave in conditioner olive oil hair grease 🥰💯💃🏿
Oh and I use vaseline and water on my edges 🥰💯
They got this from our people. WE HAVE BEEN DOING THIS FOR HUNDREDS OF YEARS!
Something not water but not leave in that moisturizes is aloe vera juice. Try that.
I’ve tried the aloe juice before. Both work the same for me.
I think it's cool, I do that also, using grease and water only. But most of the time, I use leave-ins, grease and oils together 💜💜💜
Nice!!
Cracking up at you laying your edges. Great video!😊
I use doo gro mixed with sulfur 8 light hair grease and I use a moisturizer for my ends
Castor oil blue magic is everything. I couldn't tell the difference.
That’s my favorite one! Besides Kuza Indian Hemp or the Blue Magic Indian Hemp greases.
@@KeKe4Christ Nice! The Indian Hemp itches my scalp.
@@nickynatro Don't put on your scalp just on your hair
@@kikinewton766 Girl I put it on my scalp and it helps with the dandruff. I know they say it clogs pores but my hair loves it. It's like it's a hair fertilizer for me. I appreciate your concern though 💕💕💕
@@nickynatro it doesn't clog your pores check out curly chemistry youtube channel she explains it well
So I should put it on my scalp too? Also, I don’t know which deep conditioner and grease to use. What do u recommend? I have 3c/4a hair.
Thanks for this video, Honey! Your hair is so beautiful!
This is wonderful video! Your hair has to be long enough to braid, a great length, to use grease how you are. My hair is lovely and growing fast and the stylists even say it is. I use sulfur 8 grease or hair food grease that is for growing hair and 3 days a week I use a little oil blend. Once a week I spray hair with green tea with the oils. I get scalp treatments once a month and my hair retwist or curled with rods by stylist. I stopped doing my own hair 3 1/2 weeks a month for spiritual reasons, I don't think it's smart since we can mistakes take our stress on our hair. Good Experts know how much energy to use when twisting hair so not to stress hair out.
how you speak reminds me so much of Riihanna, thank you so much babe!
Thank you , I told people about Blue magic! I haven’t seen the one your using, but I’m searching 😊.
To those that use Indian hemp grease, how do you deal with the brown flecks in it? I love it and the smell but that stuff shows up in my hair :(
It doesn’t really show up on mine😅. Probably take out the bigger chunks beige applying to your hair?
I melted mine down and used a strainer to remove the particles.
I just bought the Indian hemp hair grease to try! I really hope I have great results too!
I grew my hair from watering it either everyday or every other day and blue magic grease or Jamaican castor oil 🪔🙏🏽❤️
Nice!!
@@Razorempress Ty ☺️💜Our hair is like plants 🪴 water maintain give good care.
@@KidslearnplayNfunI noticed once I start watering my hair every other day and rubbing grease on it that it started to grow quick so it is a plant
i use DAX. when you sweat or when your body temperature rises the smell of the dax perfumes the air. it probably the bergamont in it. i love it.
do you ever plan on moving to the states? you have a great personality.
I just used the Dax Indian hemp and the heater was on ; the whole room was smelling good!
@@Sierra000 yes.
Dad is great! Really grows hair!😄😄😄
I also use the DAX pomade
You have gorgeous hair!!! First time watching your video. Gorgeous
My hair was in the middle of my back as a kid when my mom did my hair and used grease. Then i grew up and started using oils, but not I'm realizing that grease was best for my duper dry scalp and have gone back to buying ue magic
Hey girl love your hair so much! Great video!
Thank you!!!
Hi, thanks for posting this video. I have a question. Why do you only use bottled or purified water to remoisture your hair? Do you do the same when you wash your hair? Or does your shower head have a purifier attachment? Thanks. 😊
The water may be "hard" where she lives so it may be harder for her to contain moisture with it. Since she just got done washing and she's trying to moisturize her hair that's probably the reason why she's using purified water. Just a guess though. I hope this helped you a little bit
I use bottled water too. Because I have hard water.
I'm new, Beautiful!!!! I love what you are doing for the community!
I call it simple not lazy😅. If you can style your hair simply, thats awesome girlie. I would love to have that look ❤My understanding of having natural hair should be less complicated. My go to is a wash n go. It usually turns into a high puff in 3/4 days. Im going to try the blue magic i have and see if it'll hydrate my dessert natural hair 😂😂😂
righhhttt!
What is the best clarifying shampoo do you recommend when using grease?
There is no best shampoo. Just use a regular shampoo with sulfates. Wash until you don't feel any grease residue.
It doesnt matter what product you use...it just matters if you moisturize and seal. Technique
Thank-you! Everyone is too focused on the exact grease. All grease (at least grease with petrolatum) will do the same thing.
Thank you for this. It’s a game changer
You’re welcome! Definitely.
Cheap and quick, I love it!
Your hair looks beautiful blue magic is doing its thing
What leave in did u use? I use blue magic as well and water on my hair too
I think the side with the freeze looks more shiny
