Exercise does help a lot with hair growth. Consistency with a routine goes a long way. Ladies stop trying every product on the market. You have touched a lot of tips which many will benefit from. Thank you as always 💕. Here are some additional tips: +Trim your nails. + Detangle your hair when it is wet +Massage your scalp + Avoid being a product junkie
I agree and I do all of these! My hair has been waist length 3 times already during my adult life, just not the thickest because of 5 pregnancies. So I big chopped and now, finally, it's growing thicker and longer than ever! :)
I used to hate trims bc id lose length but now i love them because my hair feels so much smoother and my styles come out great. Trim those splits and ssks!
My hair journey started in February 2018, where I saw a video explaining why you need nutrients and what they do for your hair. I knew right away that my hair definitely was lacking nutrients. My hair started to grow quicker, but my length retention wasn't optimal. In December that same year, I also learned that my hair needs protein. Since then my hair is retaining all its length and I have learned so much more about haircare, until this day 🥰
Your hair looks gorgeous. You are so right. I have a consistent routine. Moisturize my hair, exercise, eat healthy, drink lots of water , take a multivitamin and persistent with everything. Blessings to you.❤️❤️🙏🙏☮️☮️
What a gawjuss black woman xc great advice i use african pride products and blue magic hemp oil i steam my hair .. i cut my ends every thing youv said x
Ugh i have a hard time keeping styles in, i have mini braids right now and about to take them out this friday. It will be a week. But when u talk about ends I’m like should i keep it in another week 😂😭😂😭 i always do styles for a week straight though. So guess it’s not a bad thing Update: lol i took it out. I didn’t make it two weeks. But i did a little trim and then mini braids and even with just a week i feel like the protective style was in fact worth it. It was also more fun to do the style vs taking it out
I’m not judging you but I’m the same way. Sometimes a week is all I can do but it depends on the style. I’d try to stretch wearing a style like mini braids out some more. Just because of the time it takes to do them and take them down.
I love your channel. Thank you for your beautiful channel and sharing your journey with us. You're amazing and I love your energy! Absolutely gorgeous hair.
Along with eating well, sometimes no matter how well you eat, you can't out eat nutrient deficiencies (i.e heavy periods and iron, being black and living in countries with barely any sun) So check with your doctor and then supplement your levels of: - Iron - Vitamin d - Zinc - Biotin (if you have Biotidinase deficiency or your body isn't getting enough from diet)
I do and redo my braids for 3/4 months to grow my hair... i just try a wash n go for 5 days and I feel like i've lost alllll of my progress. 😭 . It was really pretty but Fairy knot, breakage, knot. I cannot💔.
Hey ❤️. Excuse the sweat but the place is HOT AF!. 😅😫

🤣🤣🤣🤣 That's funny.

You are absolutely right! A stylist cut my hair to shoulder length when I only asked for a trim.
