You're a good guy for saving that prairie dog! I was wondering, do you paddle and troll from the kayak or do you stop and cast out here and there? Looks challenging but fun!
For trout I usually troll with lures but for bass I do casting and trolling. It all depends on what pattern I can develop. Sometimes I’ll cast and jig for perch as well. Thanks for watching! I appreciate it. 🙌🏼

I was trolling with spoons but I started catching some on rainbow power bait from shore. 👍🏼
What Bait?
Peach power bait and frog spoons
People trout fishing reel in slow not like Bass fishing 🎣 why is that I just started to bass fish this year.
The trout have smaller and sensitive mouths sometimes they can spit the hook easy or even rip a piece of their mouth off. It’s important to keep tension but not to horse in a trout especially a big one. Bass however are way thicker so you have to really be more aggressive.
