Hi guys, I love your instructional videos. I am a new (but avid) fisherman and my main sport is trout so this channel really helps me. I am located in Sweden where we have thousands of fresh water inland lakes. Some are very deep (>50m) and some a quite shallow (
Another awsome tutorial Big J. Wedding ring is the universal lure. Change the rig just slightly and your salmon fishing even...lol. so many bait possibilities so dont be afraid to try different rigs ( maggots, meal worms, power worms, etc.). What about scent Big J? Do you tend to use gel or water soluable? Where would you apply the scent?
This was the 1st vid I've watched by you folks. it's awesome!!!! I like the entire style of the video--- I'm not into fluff at all & you guys nailed it. Great ideas. Really good presentations.
Kayak Fishing is the Best, Mine has a Motor, so Trolling is Great... I ruined the first 2 Wedding rings with tangles,,, Great advice on Trout... I live in Utah and Trout are everywhere...
Just for reference, I fish a 7' Medium-Light Fenwick spinning Rod with 6# line and 4# leader for Trout. Only get broken off if my knot was bad. Otherwise, your videos are Very informative!
I understand garlic amongst other scents work but it is so unintuitive, I challenge you guys to tip any lure with a fresh piece of garlic and catch fish? If for nothing else it would be great content!
Very similar to the spinner and shrimp set up for Spring Chinook. My thought as I tie up my own is always include the wedding band on any spinner and bead set ups.
I just found this channel, absolutely love it. Floored to notice you guys have filmed a bunch right in my “backyard”. Noticed one video looked to be a battle ground lake, and this one is for sure horse shoe lake - I was there this weekend! Really hope to see you all out and about, would be cool to say hi and thanks for the great videos.
Been there done that ,it works well, but drag a # 9 black n silver floating rapala, with an oz of weight bout 16 to 24 inches above the rapeallya, that kicks ass too .
Love your videos guys !! Been watching all your videos as I’m gearing up for the trout run at the north side of Lake Ontario - the ganaraska river and bommanville creek, . The question I have for yas is when do trout start staging at the mouth of rivers to begin the spawning journey ?
Great vid! Question.. can you use inline sinker, sliding sinker verses dropper weight? Is there any advantage to dropper verses in-line sliding sinker?
never have one of this thing, but will look for one next time on the store... most I fish is from kayak/canoe so I will give a try. Thanks for the great tips dude. \m/
Props man. Thanks for the info. Like you you said it ain't much but it helps. I was looking for wedding rings finger size?d. I get in now. Going after koke!
I like using a Kokanee dodger with a wedding ring and the spinner pegged with a split shot about 1 inch above my hook and only put about 1/3 of a worm on them so the trout don’t just rip the back end of the worm off.
Welp I've never seen power bait on a wedding ring!. I've shaped power bait to wobble on a single hook mooches it or trolled it. But not on a wedding ring.
Why use a 12# leader when fishing for Trout? Justin, I have been fishing for 50 years, and use a 4# leader and have Never been broken off, even by a 2.5# rainbow that was peeling line as if I had snagged the bottom. Plus, if you do get snagged, you only lose the Lure and don't risk breaking the rod. Just a thought. 😅
Bank fishing or boat fishing for trout? What's your preference?!
Addicted Fishing bank for sure
I don't break the bank from shore but I'm on top of more trout in a boat for sure.
Matters about the spot man
Where are these lakes are where you fish
Addicted Fishing depends on how cold the agua is ,if it's really cold I like bank fishing but otherwise I troll in lakes

have used wedding bands for close to 40 years, rarely get skunked but I have learned some new things from your video. Thank you.
Another great tutorial Jordan, thanks for sharing your knowledge as always.

Amazing !!! Anda luar biasa💖🇮🇩
Smashed the steelhead this weekend when 8/8 on a couple of 10 lbs and 2 brown trout pretty good for and area with no hatchery

Do you ever use the the ones with 3 metal flashers on them for trolling? How good are they for trout or kokane?
Would a bottom bouncer work for the weight?

Use the full worm with a small single trailer in the tail👍gets those short biters😉
I've recently been rigging them to back bounce In the river !!! And been smashing em!!! On the upper willamate!
In Portland?!?! that's where I live!
@@johnthomson3248 I live in EUGENE.
CHECK OUT
Eugene Fishing Scene on Facebook
great info! thanks!
I used the same 4:48 wedding ring and caught 16 trout over at a lake in Western WA
Can you use this wedding ring lure for surf fishing for pan fishes in saltwater? Hmm 🤔 I wonder? 🎣🎣🎣
Big difference in lake rigs and rigging for river fishing in current
Good info
Maggots are also a great option to tip your wedding band!
wich rod this ond wch brand?
What is the brand that makes them
How many leaders do you have on that?
Trying using Berkeley float worms of caught every single of trout
Change that wedding ring out with a red jewl and rhat setup slams em! I found rhe jewl bead at a local bead shop, shipwreck beads.
Can't help but ask, what kinda boat is that?
Still waiting for the video of you wacking them trout while doing a tutorial 😝😝
Alright Jordan, we are gonna need you to re upload this video with some take downs. I was literally just watching to see a takedown.
Welp I've never seen power bait on a wedding ring!. I've shaped power bait to wobble on a single hook mooches it or trolled it. But not on a wedding ring.
boat because you can go where ever you want
Put the time in showings it catches fish lol
Sponsored by Okuma, maybe?
I just can't do that hat...
