Eagle's Nest looks like a great lake to fish. Driven by it many times but never stopped to fish. Now seeing your videos, I definitely plan to stop. Any suggestions for a good spot to bank fish?
It’s a great place to fish! There’s trout all over the lake but the best spots to fish would be an open area you can find with no weeds. It varies and when you go to be honest but good luck and tight lines. 👍🏼
Hey thanks for your support!! Trout like small inline spinners such as panther martins, small spoons and most of all power bait on a drop shot style rig. Good luck out there. 👍🏼
Awesome man. I am seriously considering heading out there as it's only about 40 minutes from me. Any tips for Eagle Nest? I'm new to fishing and am curious if there's anything I should know before visiting! Great vid!
Thanks for watching! We mainly caught these trout on salmon flavor power bait fishing off the bottom. I suggest you set your drag a bit and keep an eye on your rod these trout are notorious for pulling rods in the water. Tight lines! 👍🏼

What kind of set up are you using ?
I’m using an ozark drop shot setup you can buy them at Walmart or you can set one up with some eagle claw hooks and egg sinkers. 👍🏼
