    I love to power-lift and weight-lift I feel like your movements are ideal and conducive for those sports as well, as a conditioning active rest day with kettlebells, or even as warmups with kettlebells and your barbell movements are ample for implementing! Great things I’ve been learning and pioneering my own formulas lately.

    Really loved this but I think many conventional gyms don't have the amazing equipment you guys do - is it possible for you to do a Key Power and Strength Exercises for Boxing video with more conventional gym equipment (e.g. any way to substitute landmine exercises though I recognise the great carryover to boxing)

    Got the same shoes - Vivo's. They've changed my life (or at least my workouts). Wish I could do the half-kneeling landmine, but my shoulder is f*cked (supraspinatus ruptur). Great info as usual.

    Hi Coach again another great video. Do you recommend this routine all the exercises in one session twice a week or two different sessions like one day for strength and one separate session for power exercises? Or to mix up them (few from Strength and few feom power list) and two sessions a week?
    Please guide 🙏🙏. I know your inputs will make a difference for all of us.

      No this would be broken up into different days as far as programming goes I have several videos on how to program for boxing, mma, etc. this is just exercises you can throw into your routine.

    How long of rest or should it be done for time?

      Rest periods are based upon the load and your ability to recover. Generally rest 2-3 minutes for strength and power
