    Hi, just found your channel and love your workouts! It is really helpful you have the timer. Two suggestions/requests: 1) Could you please state the type of move you are doing or post it? eg. squat. I ask this as sometimes I like to look up an instructional video on the move to ensure I am doing it correctly (proper form, etc) 2) Could you state something about the form when you are showing the moves before the workout commences?

    I was totally exhausted today and didn’t want to workout tonight but this looked great and stretchy yet challenging and short. Just what I needed...I loved it. I could almost add this one in every morning or evening before bed.

    Great workout-would like a little verbal cue/description-Sumo? Caterpillar? Legs kick on inner or upper/inside? I cannot always see exactly what/how you are doing a move in my iPad...Thank you❣️

    Added this to my June calendar Monday 21st workout. It was a great addition!❤️🕺🏼 Raleigh, NC is HOT today 🥵 Working out in my garage even with the door open was stifling. I did it though, and I feel so happy!

    Fantastic workout I can do early morning prior to preparing for work. Great energy surge. I feel like running now but it's time to go to bed.

    Can you do another high intensity hiit workout with no repeats but that’s 40-1 hr long? Also, can you add some of the moves from the 30 min no repeat one

    I live your exercise videos and try to follow to the best of my body ability
    In this particular video i am able to perform side plank normal but due to knock knee and old knee injury i am not able to crunch while on side plank. Could you suggest for modification please.

      Always warm up before exercising! This will activate your muscles and allow for better performance and also lowers the risk of injuries. ;)
