- Join me for this arabesque ballet workout where we will focus on strengthening our legs and back for ballet. This dancer legs and back workout is great for beginners to follow along at home as the pilates exercises can be modified for any level. There is the option to add the mini pilates ball to this routine if you would like an extra challenge. Each of these ballet leg and back strengthening exercises will tone and sculpt your muscles leaving you feeling strong and slim. There is a warm up and a ballet stretching cool down for flexibility at the end!
