      I absolutely agree. I tried telling people about this stuff, but either I failed in telling them or either they thought it was too hard. Like with my friends and family, and even colleagues, they ask me "how do you do this, how do you remember that" and then when I tell them about GTD, they get lost and even more confused. GTD is meant to be esoteric, there is no way around that, it can never be mainstream -> that's my opinion of course.

    I meditate for 5 minutes at night, then take my dog out. That is my "daily closure"
    Anyhting undone wasn't of value to get done in the first place. That which got done WAS of value.
    Tomorrow morning i can create my 3 item "to do" list ....then. That's my "opening".
    Thank you David. What you taught me was FOCUS. Not everyhting that needs to be done HAS to be done, especially by me.

    There's something palpable about demonstrating "I care", when I engage a client, and review all my agenda items and waiting-for's in exacting detail.
