    For the past six months, I have been using this liittleextra reactiavate growth serum and I have noticed significant improvement in my hair growth. In the past, I had been using some other serums for a long time, but they didn’t helped me. I feel fortunate to have discovered this serum, and at last protect my hair!

      Hello I'm not really good at English so can u please tell me, is it necessary to use minoxidil or any other products after hair transplant or not?

    • @oaportfolio4248
      @oaportfolio4248 3 года назад

      @@ccbax9897 Finesteride is a must to stop further hairloss. For example, if you've only had a hairline transplant, you may want to maintain other areas like your crown otherwise depending on your genetics you might experience further hairloss. Minoxidil works differently where it will help areas of thinning grow thicker or helps speed up growth in transplanted hairs. You can use both. I would take finesteride first and if you experience side effects (very rare) then go for minoxidil but remember you have to use everyday and you will shed hair first before you see results. Can take 3 months. I normally use once a day before bed because it stays in your bloodstream for 18 hours. Easier to maintain and works out cheaper (save more)

      @@oaportfolio4248 I see, thank you for helping me out. So transplanted hair won't fall out regardless if you take any products or not but you need to take them for the rest of the hair which is not transplanted right?

    Because my HT was to improve my general thinning condition (and crown - my natural hairline was already nice)n the 'shock loss' potential almost dissuaded me. The disturbance of the native hair was in fact shifted into a loss cycle sooner that would have been. Didn't do it immediately but began using minoxidil within 3 months and continue to do so.

      Hey bro , shedding / shock loss after HT is something can not be avoided . it happens for 8/10 people . also it depends on your body health and nutrition level and in take of food types . maintain body health properly and take high protein foods ( home made / fresh foods like vegetables and fruits preferable than packed food items ) . mostly importantly maintain proper sleep at least for 7 hours . then shedding may get reduced post HT .

    Hi doc!
    How long does it take for recipient area to
    Come back to full sensitivity like back to normal, just like before HT?
    I recently went through HT ( I did my HT on Dec 20 and today is Feb 3rd). Ever since my surgery my recipient area has not been the same.although my donor area is back to normal. My recipient area feels weird when touched and I still don’t have full sensitivity..also it’s very itchy, but when I scratch it, it feels so weird. Can you please suggest if it’s normal? And how do I manage my itchiness and flakes that’s only in recipient area?
    Thank you!!

    Hi doc. I have been a follower and a big fan of your work for some time now. I have a question and don't know where to submit it, so I will put it in here. I showed signs of Male pattern boldness even though no one in my close or far family is bold. I have been using minoxidil for a year now and the hair has been growing back well. My question is: If my hair loss is not genetic why did I lose it ? . By the way, I am a chronic smoker and do not eat well . Can that be the cause?

      Yes ast the transplanted hair has to shed for the new healthy hair to grow from underneath. Once you've shed then eventually start using Minoxidil

    Hi Dr.
    I need your opinion on this one.
    I had my 1st hair transplant a year ago and my Dr. Advised me to apply topical minoxidil for 1 year on my transplanted hair.
    And a few days ago, I had my 2nd hair transplant from a different Doctor just to add density to my previous hair transplanted hair but this 2nd Doctor advised me not to use minoxidil on my transplanted hair even though I told him I was with Minoxidil for 1 year already.
    Now, my concern is, I've been using minoxidil for 1 year on my Transplanted hair and if I will stop using Minoxidil per my 2nd Doctor's advice, for sure my transplanted hairs that are minoxidil dependant will fall off for sure.
    Should I just continue using Minoxidil?
    Thank you much!

    • @am3818
      @am3818 2 года назад

      That’s a tough one. Pretty much everyone says that once you go off Minoxidil the hair will start falling again. I would keep using it. Idk why your second doctor told you otherwise because most surgeons I’ve seen recommend using it. Maybe take a break after your second transplant, wait 2-3 months, and go on it again. I’m 2 months post op and I started using a topical Minoxidil/Finasteride combo after 1 month. No results yet as in still early in recovery but it can’t hurt. Best of luck.
