    Here from the United States Love the work out. I like it because I kinda feel that you exercise for longevity and a healthy lifestyle. I also don't feel guilty for switching to lighter weights I think its better for the muscles.

      did 20lb for first part then 10lb for second but changed to 5lb after the first one because got too much lol

      actually did 20lb the first part and 10lb the second with the exception of kickbacks and the fly row hybrids because those were too intense with 10 so did 5. gonna pair this with the tomorrows stretch now

    This was fun! I’m going to pair it with the stretching one - so I’ll see you over there! I’m in my camper for the next 2 weeks - in the state of Oklahoma. I’m working out outside with a beautiful view of the bay!

    Another great workout Tom! At the beginning I was thinking maybe I should increase the weights cuz this one isn't hitting me that hard. But you know what you're doing. That second round got me. 💪🏼

      Haha ye what ever weight I initially consider the one lighter is usually the right weight after a round or 2. Well done 💪🏼
