My legs are still sore from the last EMOM 😅. This was a nice workout but those underhand rows were tough! I’ll be bright eyed and bushy tailed in time for tomorrow’s workout.
On top of the last week (against all odds) (-: Wanna drop my Lift Series testimony already - 3 days ago my parents and I shovelled 2 tonnes of coal into the barn, then 2 cubic meters of wood and I was really trying to keep a good form during the process. As a result, I didn't develop any pain in my lower back or arms. Your series is worth every sweat drop - super functional and useful in everyday situations. CheersTom! Fingers crossed for your further success!
Day 26✅and today I finally learnt how to squeeze pecs together. That made a huge difference in how my shoulders feel, and also in quality of an exercise. Thanks Tom!!! Dang I can't believe only a week left
first of all, i remember for a fact that I liked all the videos on the series and now i'm coming back and the videos aren't liked?? that's very bizarre anyways also did 10lb the first part and 15lb the second, managed to do prone exercise with 15lb too. any prone exercises are very challenging for me. but what i noticed is my left shoulder if finally catching up with my right one so the strength in my whole left arm is finally catching up to right arm too. pretty exciting! only recently i learnt how to properly engage left side of my back by pulling shoulder blades down. took me a while. maybe it's something to do with my scoliosis but i'm glad i have a progress.
I'm finally on schedule for once! I have to say, I don't get the point of push presses ahaha. Why would you put something as painful and joint-destroying in your workouts regularly? (Rhetorical question, I'm sure you know what you're doing and that it has its purpose, but with garbage joints it hurts so baaaad lol. Whatever, normal presses still work!) Good news though: I finally managed to budget for a pair of mid-range hexagonals for next month so I might actually be able to keep up with this series without having to modify breaks. 🖤
Did this with 14 and 22Kgs but slowed the video to give more time under tension and for safe transitions. Normal speed for lighter weights and more of a circuit session. Thanks.
I’m almost done! Gonna start my sixth week of the lift series program tomorrow. Time sure flies by so fast! Thanks for all of these, Coach! And for putting up so much effort on all of your exercises!
Day 26 done on January 1st 2024. Love that "Your muscles don't count how many reps you've done" quote. Happy New Year 🤍
Not far off finishing 👏🏼💪🏼 Ye I try to remind myself that and not to rush!

Well done, if push press is tough on joints just do standing shoulder press (ideally with those mid range instead of heavy dumbbells) 👌🏼👍🏼💪🏼
nice one, heavy on the shoulders. Made it with 12,5 kg all the way and 21 kg ketbell for the pullover. Thanks a lot
Well done 👏🏼 💪🏼
Killer work out😅 thank you! Checking in in the USA Florida
👏🏼💪🏼🇺🇸
I love, love, love upper body workouts! (Although, that's probably a sign I should focus more on lower body. Haha.) Thanks, Tom!
Haha me too, this LIFT series is nicely balanced so will help keep things in proportion 👌🏼💪🏼
Yeah, I love the balance!
