28 degrees. That's like a nice spring or fall day in our 100+ (37 C) degree Central California. Haha. 😜 You guys are probably more humid than us, though. I've managed to turn a 6-week workout series into a 3-month workout series, but I love the workouts just the same. I appreciate the balance of these workouts. Thanks, Tom!
I liked how there was knees over toes work in this. Would love a video as part of the TPT studio that incorporates sled pull and push, tibialis raise, and nordics, as part of a more comprehensive work out, so there can be strength and mobility work.
Nice idea Sarah. Will have a think how that would work best. Could definitely do a good program with those and possibly a follow along. Big fan of all those movements also 👌🏼💪🏼

did 15 and 10!!!! was hard! also third round of this series in i realized i actually need to straighten my arm at the bottom of the curls lol. that is a whole new game
