Thanks, i try developing code, but sitting in front of desktop for hrs make me stressful and gives headache, because I am people person, love to share ideas and find optimize way, I can too develop code but getting errors and trying several times and after being successfully execution still doesn't make me happy. I find my skills are much related with Project manager so gonna do it.

Do rewrite your CV as if you are already a project manager. Here's why: Otherwise, your CV will look identical to 100 other CVs of candidates. We all do the same processes, you use almost the same approach on a high level. Moreover, your CV doesn't differentiate the complexity of the projects you did. So, it looks like a generic project manager. Or on the contrary - you have none of the related project management experience. And all unrelated experience means nothing. In any case, here's what I suggest: Replace job bullet points with achievements relevant for a project manager. Any achievement - big and small - in management, leadership, communications, and administration will do. I believe you'll be able to find lots of Achievements in your experience. This way your CV will shine among 100 similar and dull other CVs. I hope it helps. Good luck on your job hunt.

Went for Chemical Engineering. Did fantastic in school, but didn't like it as a profession. Project Management is much more rewarding.

Hi, yudi why do you keep saying that if you don't love coding and stuff than, PM is for you, i agree to your point, but there must be people who might like to get into PM role, and not particularly regret in coming from engineering background or CS background for an instance!
