Thank you for this lesson. Here’s what I came up with this lesson:
I identify discrepancies among my staff members and resolve these issues as soon as I can and also motivate them to focus on providing quality customer service to our clients. This has helped minimise our customers complaints and maximise our earnings. Now I am looking to generate more businesses and implement the same strategy as it has always produced the desired result.

Rebecca, your videos are excellent. I am a native English speaker and, if I'm honest (hopefully, as you would expect), answered the missing, key words without any problems. BUT, your lesson reminds, even native speakers, not to be sloppy and to express ourselves with very specific, more powerful and, engaging language. Thanks for posting.

Most of the managers I've had in my life would speak the advanced English but they were arrogant and pretty much useless to the employees as they focused on doing politics. The only great manager I've met had deep knowledge in our operations, was polite, cool and would never feel the need to speak the advanced words, he would always speak as a normal person. The "higher" English is for those who have something to hide

I think people are taking this too literal. When you’re in a meeting with big wigs they’re using these words and they aren’t wanting you to “ simplify” they want you to sound Intelligent. The conversation you have with your employees is always going to be different than what you use with your leadership.
