I am an ornery, grumpy old man in the U. S. , that has gotten too old and broken down to do very much any more, so I have taken up crocheting to keep me busy. I came across your RUclips page and that is where I go now to learn new things. I have a question perhaps you could answer for me. I am making a Half Spiked Granny Square, like the one on your web site. I am so, so terribly slow. I wanted to ask you, if you could tell me how many balls of Scheepjes yarn I would need to make a granny square 18 inches wide. I guess that would be roughly 46 centimeters? I am going to use the four colors that you used on your Motif - Posted Granny Square. These yarn balls are 130 meters in length.
