When your son is 70 years old he will still remember that day when you bought him his first fishing pole and caught a fish as I do when my Dad got me mine and took me fishing, lifetime memories.
Wonderful video. My wife &l think this was your best one. Taking your son for his first fishing pole and his first fish. A day that will stay with him forever. 👍👍👍👍👏👏👏👏🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
Hi Silas, this is Clayton's wife Jo Ann First ,I wanted to thank you for my license plate Second, the video with your son was absolutely beautiful. I remember the first time my dad took me fishing. He will never forget that day. Keep all the videos coming. We love watching them. Have a great day, sir.
My neighbor had a kid about your sons age and when he got his first pole we went fishing and he was the only one catching fish with his kiddie pole. It was hilarious.
Kids can sure make getting up in the morning and going to work all worthwhile. My son is 27 now, and when I see a boy like yours, I wonder where the time went. Best wishes!!
@@moreadventuresmadefromscratchonly one pinball machine in the whole place and it features cars being demolished, ha ha ha! The perfect pinball machine for Silas! 😅 *The only thing better would be one with a 💥wrecking ball. 🤣😂😆😆😆
My grandpas auction. The 59 dodge and the 69 ltd were both all original. the crown vic had been completely restored probably around 20 years ago. I actually bought it. I always thought it was fun going by your yard the few times I went with him.
Every father needs to take their children fishing 😊, I have great memories of taking my sons fishing, And memories of my father teaching me how to fish ❤
Great video. Spend as much time with your kids as you can. They grow up so fast. I am blessed to have a granddaughter now. I absolutely cherish every minute with her. God bless
👍👌👏 2) Must be hard for the guy to sell so much of his beloved stuff. But of course he is acting in the right way before it's too late. Therefore: Bravo 👍👌👏 Congratulations 🎉 Sir! My deep respect. 3) How cute ! His first fishing rod! And even catching fish with it instantly! Something the boy will remember forever. 👍👌👏 Best regards, luck and especially health to all involved people.
That concrete smoother (or whatever it's called) brought back some memories. Many years ago, I worked at a place where the lunch room overlooked a building site next door. We were a few floors up and got to watch it all happen. It was a huge warehouse store (Incredible Universe - now long gone) and they smoothed out the floor using those machines. All my co-workers and I sat there during lunch, just watching those things buzz back and forth, jealous as heck!
Glad to see I'm not the only one who doesn't care for the Mustang. I saw it as a probably ok car until I drove one. If I was gifted one today, I wouldn't even bother to test drive it before selling it.
I really enjoyed seeing the classic cars but to be honest I wished I could have bidded on the tin cars and trucks and old Tonka toys and assorted other toys. I couldn't believe seeing collectible toy cars and trucks and tractors on those tables and here I am in Evansville,Indiana wishing I was there. I enjoyed the video and especially seeing your son trying out his fishing pole and catching his first fish. Stay safe and take care of yourself Silas.
I’m only six minutes into the video, but I guess that by that end of the video the tank will have been on the building floor. Thought crossed my mind, perhaps not for this item, which you will have lowered by now, for similar items take up the floor boards above the heavy, and or elevated items and lower them from above.
So nice to see you and your son doing things together , he's as sharp as a whip , but so cute . Thanks for sharing those great moments with all of us , Till next time , God Bless , take care , Stuart in Ontario ..
I am beyond words of praise for your little MAN. He is going the right direction in life with a father who will not only protect him but give him a sense of value. I hate some of the rigs you get rid of, yet I get it... millions of them and the people who do get them cheap, most do not appreciate them at all. Demo derbies or other forms of destruction is not saving something of a legacy either. Thats what will happen when many look at the rigs today. Right now some bring good money at auctions... where others don't.. a example would be those old bathtub nash ramblers. I was just a kid driving those when I first seen them and to me just ugly. That would be the average man back then. Oddly that Nash bathtub had more safety features than a good many of its era. Today, they are highly collected in different areas. I personally still think they are ugly but have given them new respect for how they were designed and built with the knowledge they had back then. I know in my heart that they were on the cutting edge of building some of the very fastest engines in the day of early racing and coming out with turbo technology. Also their carbration designs could of changed how carbration was designed. Enough on that. Love seeing you working the excavator on those pesky trees and their limbs that do a lot of problems for the yard. As for the auction, in that building was a large collection of hubcaps.... I have mixed feelings on them. Unless one fits the rig you like, many of them will never climb high in value other that to complete a hubcap collection for all cars and not just a car. I know that tools are not you as far as using them everyday. See as a young man, I turned wrenches for a living and if I had seen those, my mouth would of watered .... laughing out loud, today not so much as those looked of variable quality, and were not a tool we would use often anymore... cordless tools have primarily taken over... and even I have a few at seventy four nearly. Okay.... looking back on my comment, its scattered and just really a hard read. I do apologize for it. I started to complement your son who is quite bright and just a great looking young man, and went off to somewhere I don't even recognize. Take care Silas and just be proud.
that's super awesome to watch your son learn to fish esp,. w/ very own 1 st fish'n pole....@ what.....maybe 5 yrs., old here !!!!!!!!!! in 20 or so yrs,. down the rd u'll look back into the u-tube vid's & re-watch some of the great simple stuff u got your kid's into awesome job bud !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i still member some of the cool thing's i did w/ my dad....he & mom were u.s. navy & both were on opt's., & never came back home in the early 80's........... i was...... 7 & 9 yrs,. old when that happened........ thankfully my brother was there to help me threw it all !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! w/0 my brother i wouldn't be here still !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! simply ' cus a few times being the type of kid i was i know now i was a real hand full for him & then some......... like a few times i would climb the cooking stove & about pour hot boiling water on me when my brother was cooking dinner for the 2 of us............ if it weren't for him i wouldn't have a normal looking face !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I can tell your son likes antiques too
I've always liked the 55 Fords. When I was a kid there was a 55 Ford body on its roof in the field behind our house. It was our "clubhouse "!

Your son will have fun exploring the old cars trucks etc when he’s just a little older and can open doors himself. Good father son bonding time.
