How to Fix Whirlpool Washer Not Agitating or Spinning At All | Model

In this Video, We have a Whirlpool Top Load Washer, Model #WTW4955HW2, In Which the Customer Complaint was that it was Not Washing and It was Making a Loud Noise. We Entered the Washer into Test Mode and Found that It was Not Agitating and it was Not Spinning, and Instead, Was Making a Loud Noise as the Customer Explained. We Found that the Capacitor Was Not Reading the Correctly, Meaning it was Faulty and Needed to Be Replaced. This is a Very Simple Repair.
