Thank you Bradley for coming on and saying something people truly want to hear! I work in college baseball right now and this has changed my outlook and thought process. Thanks!
This was an amazing interview. I would like to hear more about why he was let go. Bradley seems very intelligent and has passion for baseball analytics and the Marlins. He sure seems like the kind of guy Peter Bendix would want around. I can't wait to check out his channel.
I like his reinforcement of the process of building a pipeline of talent. That's it! Identifying talent and developing talent cannot be separated. I beat the proverbial dead horse that the Expos were the epitome of this in the pre-analytics era. Just a spigot of talent.
I understand his comments about Marlins fans and agree. Much easier to be a fan of powerhouse teams or one with a long legacy. Expos fans were abased after being clubbed over the head for years. Look at their 1980s attendance before badmouthing Montréal. Underdog teams are way more fun.
