I love the fact that battlebit is finally getting the attention it deserves. Compared to any triple A FPS games, the 2012 (I believe) Lego game is the peak of gaming.
One thing about VOIP: most of the time it's just guys having fun, but when it's good it's GOOD, my favorite moment in this game is just randomy having, "Requesting helo support at foxtrot," come over the radio, and being able to reply, "Copy, helo inbound," and drop a full cabin of soldiers, who were able to take the point and hold it the rest of the game while my gunners drove the enemies back behind their line.
I think that what blew my mind most about battlebit was when I first bought the game, after playing it for about 2 hours, I realized that I was COMPLETELY immersed in the tactical gameplay. AAA companies are so caught on the idea that graphics create immersion. This game showed me that graphics play no part in immersion. This is like the story of David Vs. Goliath and I love it 🤣
Since the character faces are so simple, one fun little thing they could add (if they don’t already have it) is the ability to draw your own face texture for your character. Be it literally draw MS Paint style in the game client, or allow you to use PNGs created outside the game (as long as they adhere to dimension and size requirements). Let you use this on all five sides of the head, and everybody could make their own goofy little character. This could then be expanded to allow making multiple heads on a preset, map each of those to a different button, and you’ve effectively made a community friendly emote feature where you can do different facial expressions. If they want to limit the feature in some way or make it special, gate it behind a level cap or an unlock. But regardless, I think it’s the type of customization a lot of people would enjoy (and would stand out in marketing the game as well). And it wouldn’t interfere too hard with the game’s esthetics, as outfits would still remain the same.
I had a squad leader actually cross communicate with the other squad leaders and hash out an offense and defense plan. We absolutely decimated the other team because of his leadership and shot calling, which everyone was following because it was working so well. I don't think any other shooter would have given this guy the moment he had in that game. It was glorious.
Once mods are available and more sandbox features are available. I have a feeling this game will even have more longevity. As a medic main who lives long I appreciate the ammo box honestly.
Game gives me battlefield 4 feels. The proximity chat is amazing and the game feels smooth. I was on the fence about trying it, after playing 3 weeks, I wish I’d have joined in day 1 . My biggest hurdle to trying it was graphics. After playing you don’t even think about the graphics, and nearly everything is destructible. Huge plus.
Never mind Battlefield 4, it feels like old-school Battlefield 2 (2005) on PC from Dice (Not "Bad Company 2", as 99% of people seem to confuse it with). It's one of the more unknown and older Battlefield games, but I spent many years trying to find a shooter that recaptured the feeling of Battlefield 2 which was the greatest multiplayer FPS experience of my life. I really don't understand how Battlebit isn't more popular.
They've recently put out an update which makes the grind more manageable. Before once you hit about level 100 it took ages to get enough xp to level up but no more! The one element the game is currently missing is music but the devs have said that'll be coming (we have people playing fortune son over proxy chat in the meantime)

when sniping in battlebit if you hold alt and scroll you can adjust your zeroing witch makes you hit where you are actually aiming. and when you unlock the range finder it tells you how far away your target is so you can adjust your zeroing to that range and aim for his head.
WHAT??? OMG! how I didn't see that?! I'm just getting into the Recon role and for me it's really hard to get kills with long range scopes, so this tip is really helpful (especially on long range maps like Basra). Thank you!

I was about to leave a reply berating you for commenting something that everyone playing a sniper role should have discovered simply from exploring keybindings before playing a single game, but evidently there are plebs who are having their mind blown by this comment after playing the game for an extensive amount of time. Literally before I played a SINGLE match in Battlebit, I was checking settings for scope-zeroing keybindings. How this isn't just an automatic process for ANYONE playing ANY FPS is something I'll never understand. I just can't wrap my head around how so many people start playing without spending however much time it takes to dig through every option/keybind/system setting menus before actually jumping into the game- no matter how long it takes. I really miss the days where it was normal to have to print out a 150 page manual and study it for 2 weeks before even starting to play the game- like Lock On: Modern Air Combat or the first Fallout game. It's quite depressing that the average person will buy a game and jump right into gameplay before fully exploring all menus and keybind options, actually. It just speaks to the shockingly low attention span of the average person, and it's only getting worse over time. Most people probably don't even have the attention span to read this far into my comment, which has only been two brief paragraphs. Society is doomed.
I honestly believe that Dice/EA would not be able to create a game as good as Battlebit. It's not a matter of budget or number of programmers or designers. It's a matter of vision, guidance and company ethics.
If you use Anti-Vehicle mines, you can level buildings in one fell swoop. Just place a mine in each corner of the building and one by one, shoot them with your pistol, the combined damage will level any building. However, Frags do not do enough damage to do this, needs to be AV Mines or C4.

I love the fact that the enemy team can drag you off. Ive had hilarious interactions with the people who have killed me. From my corpse being tossed off a building as the voip fades , hearing "fuck youuuuuu" as i plumet down to promising an enemy ill join their side if he revived me and him dragging me away into a secluded corner. You can go from an intense and well fough fire fight to laughing your ass off and its so god damn special for that.
damn, you missed to tell about the best feature in the game! you can drag your enemys or mates. This created some funny moments for me! :D I got dragged by the enemy and he said in VC that he is gonna do all the things to me my wife would never consent too otherwise really nice video! love your content

Also with the support class; you *instantly* build sandbag walls and barricades by holding down the spotting button (usually middle mouse), which turns you into a Fortnite-esk pain in the arse if you keep blocking enemy sight-lines 😁
its been a short time, but feels like a lot of players have moved on to try the next short lived game, voice chat is used way less, and the servers lag sometimes despite working better than any FPS game i played before. please keep this game alive

When a game with blocky graphics, but extremely well done gameplay made by like 3 dudes outperforms whatever triple A studio with hundreds of emplyees and hefty budget craps out. Another indie W.
Totally agree. Battlebit may not live forever or reach the heights of popularity that other games do but it doesn't have to. It's here to make a statement and show the big boys that they don't know wtf they are doing and that they are so far disconnected from the community that loves these games. It came out will a list of full features other developers haven't ever attempted or thought of, fast ropes on heli's, packable magazines, etc. With the success of the indie genre this year I really hope it's a wakeup call to some of these developer studios, I doubt it, but one can hope.
Bought this on sale, not bad but it just doesnt feel immersive at all compared to bf5/bf2042 and yes the graphics of this game do matter for me and i wish the grapichs were a bit more believable, i dont care about the most realistic looking graphics but having heads be a square for example is just too much, the immersion factor of bf5/bf2042 is just amazing and you simply dont get that here, it just feels like chaos but not really fun chaos unlike bf5/bf2042, there are some things i really like though, mechanically the game is very good and the progression is nice, i think if this game had a more believable art style i would personally love it far more, its just too goofy and cartoony to take seriousley, and i know some of you will say "but the roblox art style is the whole point" and i simply just dont agree, and that believable art style for me at least is a deal breaker, but im very impressed mechanically with this as i think like 2 people did it and it runs like butter which is the only plus i could think of with the graphics, and the voice chat is also pretty funny.

One thing I love about the Suicide C4 is either you die first, or die with blazing glory and kill at least 3 people or a full squad
Its literally the most ptsd inducing game right ive ever played
I love the fact that the enemy team can drag you off. Ive had hilarious interactions with the people who have killed me.
From my corpse being tossed off a building as the voip fades , hearing "fuck youuuuuu" as i plumet down to promising an enemy ill join their side if he revived me and him dragging me away into a secluded corner.
You can go from an intense and well fough fire fight to laughing your ass off and its so god damn special for that.
damn, you missed to tell about the best feature in the game! you can drag your enemys or mates. This created some funny moments for me! :D
I got dragged by the enemy and he said in VC that he is gonna do all the things to me my wife would never consent too
otherwise really nice video! love your content
Born in 94 - I played every COD amd BF when the 2 were rivals - I u installed both MW2 and 2042 for a 2.8GB game on steam and have not even touched the AAA titles.
Once again with a banger, kelski never disappoints
thank you takt 😁
squad leader can actually put down spawn points for his squad.
Great video bro. I legit laughed up in the air
glad you enjoyed brotha 👑
Nice. Tbh i would love to play battlebit but when i tried it at release it kinda made me feel weird got headaches / motion sickness too which is weird.
soon after release? a lot may have changed about movement. you should drop in and see if it's fixed
Thank fuck I'm not the only one who's getting that feeling. Its the only game where I can't play for more than an hour else I get headaches and my eyes going sore
it's noisy and hard work, but fun. i can only do one hour at a time anyway, then i'm looking for something more relaxed.
I have never watched you on yt before but your edits are funny asf bro I’m definitely a new subscriber

You can say this guy… saw sparks
Also with the support class; you *instantly* build sandbag walls and barricades by holding down the spotting button (usually middle mouse), which turns you into a Fortnite-esk pain in the arse if you keep blocking enemy sight-lines 😁
battlebit feels very alive. never have issues finding full servers even at 4AM
Good to hear good stuff about it.
It's fun.
Sometimes sweaty fun but often respawn fun but overall silly funs
its been a short time, but feels like a lot of players have moved on to try the next short lived game, voice chat is used way less, and the servers lag sometimes despite working better than any FPS game i played before.
please keep this game alive
Thanks for making this video man. Its truly one of the best FPS Ive played in recent years and needs more Publicity. Im late to the party as well seeing this video just now after 5 months, and have been playing this game for 5 months with 500 hours I can wholeheartedly say this game is the best. Like and subbed ;)
When a game with blocky graphics, but extremely well done gameplay made by like 3 dudes outperforms whatever triple A studio with hundreds of emplyees and hefty budget craps out.
Another indie W.
This game has been a ton of fun to play, though it has a few flaws I honestly can't wait to see where the devs take it.
14:32 Thanks guys. I spit over ALL my monitor while drinking a hot coffee, with that joke.
Battlebit Remastered is literally ARMA and SQUAD with low graphics.
I want play it but its so expensive in my country 15 dollars in my country can feed me 3 weeks
10:30 might I suggest thunderous crack of the the m200
