Homemade LEGO Technic Car from 2010

Back in Dec 2010 while visiting me, my young son made a LEGO technic car from scratch. As I recall, he designed and built it on his own, from my own LEGO collection, complete with a 2 speed transmission and steering. i think i added the motors later to test it out.
Now he works on and customizes the real things for himself and others :)

Well gearbox needs some improvement but overall it's a child who built it so we gotta give credits to him

Thanks for the appreciation! Yes, he did a great job as a functioning model... I take the blame for any issues as it was me who added the brute force motorization sometime later, just cuz, before I took everything down to parts again. Now he works on the real cars, I still play with plastic :P
