LEGO Dacta Control Lab and Serial Interface B - Semi autonomously Controlling 9v & 12v LEGO trains
Control Lab is running on Window 7 32bit PC, with a standard LEGO Serial cable and a male-male null-modem adapter.
The 12v train is powered by a model train controller, via a LEGO relay consisting of a 9v polarity reversing switch, motor, a couple of assisting elastics bands for self-centering the switch, and some well timed control pulses from the Interface B.
The 9v train is powered directly from the Interface B. Two light sensors direct the reverse parking of both trains.

My First LEGO Classic Space diorama that I made about a year ago. I added in some sound, motion and lights using the old 9v sound & light parts. It is all built onto IKEA LEGO compatible containers, with intentions of eventually building the interior of an underground space base in the bottom ones... Time will tell :)

Just messing around with a Mecanum Wheel based LEGO Rover with an ESP32 based adapter to interface with other electronics... In this case a 6 element RGB strip. Programmed with PyBricks... Yup, my Classic Space Force supports both genders 😊 and salute like the Canadian Armed Forces, with a level palm and the middle finger aligned with the right eye, and not the brim of the hat or helmet... Well... as close as minifig arms can articulate that is... Doh! Oh 🇨🇦 Eh!

How did you get it to change the the color or which LED was lit when you changed polarity?
Red and White LED's wired in reversed polarity to each other

Well gearbox needs some improvement but overall it's a child who built it so we gotta give credits to him Hope he creates more cool stuff!
Thanks for the appreciation! Yes, he did a great job as a functioning model... I take the blame for any issues as it was me who added the brute force motorization sometime later, just cuz, before I took everything down to parts again. Now he works on the real cars, I still play with plastic :P
