I would focus on refining the Tracker model. Maybe add a reinforced stepper component instead of mixing all three in. Tracker was most successful in terms of stability and speed while Stepper proved to be quite adept at traversing rough terrain. Encasing the threads may prove effective in preventing "quicksand" from getting into them and impeding mobility, but that's just a thought. If the test is just figuring out which system is most successful regardless of speed, then using Stepper as a base seems sound enough. As for your question: I would vouch for "Composite"

These are the wheels that actually hold up the weight of the tank and distribute the weight of the tank evenly so that 1. it doesnt sink in softer ground, 2. it has maximum traction. After the roadwheels comes the idler wheel, which is usually where track tension is adjusted. Tracks too tight: Lower HP:power ratio and tracks more likely to break. Too loose: teeth on drive sprocket likely to skip and grind on the track. And.the return rollers, which keep the track from hitting the roadwheels as it returns to the drive sprocket. Your tracked vehicle could use a tension adjuster and some roadwheels, and it'll do just fine over just about every obstacle here

I built the Powerfunctions Bulldozer a while back. It was extremely heavy, yet had absolutely no traction in our yard wherever there was cut weed stubble. The stubble was only about as high as a LEGO brick, but as heavy as that Bulldozer was, it simply couldn't get any traction.
If they didn't get mixed into a super vehicle, the stepper would be the best choice to use to travel off road, it's slow but will get you places except steep hills

The great hill obstacle test is flawed, you don't want to increase speed, that'll just ruin the ground you got to work with which caused 2 tests to fail which would've passed

the mixer was the least impressive... 3 motors, longer base, more contact points and it still didn't manage to conquer all. Almost certain that both wheeled and tracked could have made the hill with different (lower gearing), and the wheeled car could probably have made the needles with some simple skid rails.
Wheeler just need the third pair of wheels, then he can pass the needles. Cars mechanism is open, so "sand" easy to break it, not so clear test. And... Mixer is awkward. He passes hill only by big Contact area. And hill is too crumbling, tracker just turn it to dust, and there is no hill. Mixer a lame. Try no to put everything without thinking. You can put wheels or a track to "stepper". In that way you get advantages of both variants, not a Frankenstein.
In my opinion the Tracker is the best for rough terrain (as proven by irl tracked vehicles), the Stepper is best for steep inclines (proven in this video) and the Wheeler is best for quicker transport (also proven in this video and irl vehicles). But to your question I raise the name "All-Terrain Vehicle" because I'm very uncreative

The stepper design reminded me of a rescue hero toy I had a kid. It moved in the exact same way, you even reposition the legs
