I bought this 5 years ago and it still works fantastic!! It was delivered a hour after I ordered it because it came from Advanced auto parts in my town. It's pushing 4 Toro PM6 6.5 speakers. 😊
One of my builds i had a couple of duals on my mids and highs. They lasted over 7 years! The quality wasnt all that but my god it got loud. Only downside to dual is overheating.
Been curious on those. On a tight budget at the moment but could use dome extra power on my door and dash speakers. Looking at a JP8, Mini Maxx, or Sundown SDX100.4 to push a couple of 2.75" Excelons and come Focal 6x9 and 6.5" coax
For a 100 bux u can get a recoil that does 1k x4 certified on the amp Dyno look at hifi vector of the recoil 1200.4 it's a beast Its enough power for any mids and highs set yp
I just watched that 4ch recoil 1200.4 amp dyno video, by HiFi vector. That 4ch did 434 watts per ch. @ 2 ohms. So 434 x 4= 1,736 watts, that's one powerful, 4ch amp!
It probably does the job, but you take a chance on how long it will last. I have my same system from 2007 running today. Two Alpine amps (mrp m450 400w and mrp f250 40w x 4) and they work fine. Same Infinity reference tweeters the whole time. (The old ones. 1" good ones. Not the ones they have now). Good finding your channel.
Some of the dual stuff isn’t bad I have a huge 2 channel that’s made in Korea and only rated for something like 170 watts bridge at 4 ohms. I ran that amp to a single 10 at 2 ohms bridge in my garage for over 2 years. I’m always in my garage so it’s played regularly and never had a issue. Recently replaced it with a Skar SK500.1.
So I blew my kicker comp 10 and found used replacement but failed to pay attention to ohm rating , so now I have a 4ohm and a 8ohm in same box . ... Would something like this be good for running different ohms on different channels
@@UnkownStar144 it’s not the right amp for that. Technically you can, with 1 of the channels or 2 of the channels bridged, but you would only be using 1/2 of the amplifier, and the ohm load would have to be correct or you would have problems. I would look for a monoblock amp if it was me
The auto parts store i looked up, had this amp listed for $114.99+Tax. Thanks for the video.

The dual stuff isn’t too bad
Sometimes, you get lucky.

Good review of this amplifier its the same board as the XPE 4700 the only difference being screw down terminals.
200x2 RMS I'ma gonna guess like I said robot underground RUclips channel has the 2 channel exact same series model the 522 model I think 50 bux
Killed me with the whole story at the beggining
I’m that kid 😂

@@joshholden8561Its not going to do 1,000 watts x 4= (4,000 watts total), as you typed, for $100! Maybe you meant 250 x 4?

Nice review and testing
Thanks Bee!

Wow, since 07? That’s awesome!
@@stereomojo yes, I've had them in an S-10 and now a Ranger. I have definitely gotten my money's worth.
I keep seeing nemisis amplifiers. I have not seen any amp dynos on this brand yet. Or drive wdx series amplifiers
I’ll check them out
Cool
Dual , the modern-day Sparcomatic 😂

Robot underground has the 2 channel version of this amp about 20 of them for like 50 bux same amp model but 2 channel.

Could you use that to power 1 (10) inch subwoofer?

Onboard fusing does not regulate/negate power consumption or used for wattage calculations.
Look at the amp draw during your own dyno. Well above the 50amps of fusing!
Class ab 4 channel
But do it bump doe
@@rafaelechols8978 lol!!
Can't take the lip smacking every few seconds!! Very good content though.
Which amp should I do next?
It does get annoying. But the mic makes it worse.
Junk
Aw man!
