Thanx for helping me to not make the mistake in buying them. Not that it was a mistake necessarily for you but i am no good at putting in diodes or resistors. I DID want them , but I'm just too old for fixing anything.
We all have a mistake with our Harleys that Harley made and they need to recall it The running lights on the handlebars wires should be wired to the back when you are parked or driving your running lights should be always lit in the back so cars can see you from behind and don't slam into you not the front so when you turn on your bike and your lights are on in the front but not in the rear the wiring is done need to be a recall if you ever got pulled over for not having running lights in the back of your bike next to your brake lights this is the reason why
Hi I'm getting ready to install all LED turn signals tail light and headlight on my 2005 883 Sportster I was told I didn't know this as well as you didn't that you have to put a equalizer a load equalizer for the LED lights
I installed the same lights on my 2020 SGS and the lights themselves blink normally. But the indicator lights on the infotainment system are at hyper flash. The hazard trick didn’t work for me. Did yours get fixed?
How did you wire that relocation kit up ? Mine is a 06 Electra glide and mine just stays lit and won’t blink at all just the rear since I only have 2 wires off the bike and the kit has 3 wires on the lights was just curious how you got yours to work ?
@@JohnVHLife I figured that out after I went to Harley but by that time I cut the wires since I only seen one plug the other was hidden 🤦♂️.. now they all rock butt connectors 🙁
Am I the only one that thinks the blinkers aren’t as noticeable as stock? They should turn off the running light halo when the blinker is on as oncoming traffic is unlikely to notice the blinking on these.
To fix that hyperflashing, turn on your hazards for about 30 seconds and that will fix it...

Youre welcome, there was nothing to fix.

Thats correct, although, mine have been working fine after the initial fast blink.
Pretty interesting.
Agreed, much better in person, video doesnt really show well. LED headlight goes in tonight!
Put your 4 ways for a few it should stabilize
Thanks!
@@JohnVHLife did the 4 ways stabilize it? I'm doing the same thing to my e glide swapping everything to led so was just curious of the fix for it
@@brandonmunday1494 Yeah, it seems to have got used to it, its working fine for me as is now!
How did u get the caps back on I can get mine on after the led is in
They just popped back on no problem for me.
The white halo light is supposed to turn off when blinker is on , in theory lol
That would be ideal
Mine do.
@@HaNg_ALL_ThE_tRaItOrS_hiGh yeah they look awesome at night , plus any little bit of white light at night mever hurts lol enjoy friend !!!

I didn’t. I just rolled with it. Last time I rode it they seemed to be working fine.
Sounds like you need a load equalizer
@@jennifershaffor9675 Actually it was just a simple fix of clearing codes.
@@chrisrocker1108 how to clear the code mine is doing same thing?
@@keepitreal317 I actually don’t remember. Just do a RUclips search on how to clear codes. I watched a video.
Just turn your four way flashers on for about 30 seconds and that will fix the hyper flash
Good to know, thank you!
Load equalizer.
Did you ever get to the bottom of the hyper flashing? I’m thinking of buying similar for my 07 FXDB
It’s been working fine so I haven’t done anything. But if it is an issue I think you have to add a load resistor or something in the positive wire.
Ya buy a signal stabilizer from custom dynamics plug in under seat

Mine just plugged in and that was it.

I do agree, they are not as bright as factory, always keep your eyes open!
Need load equalizers.
Yup, the low voltage converter
That's why everything on Amazon is so cheap. Junk.
