Thanks! I am trying to make an effort to get a little more use out of the metal tab, even though I am not a huge fan of the parts available. With this settlement it would make sense as there would be a lot of scrap metal available and the settlers would make use of it. I understand what you mean about having to be careful with them as they do tend to stick out, so have been trying to blend them in with other materials where possible. Awesome to hear you want to get building again and always enjoy exploring your creations 👍😁

Thanks, great to hear you are liking how it’s shaping up! I also a stickler for having my builds lined up correctly to existing structures, which is why I often place snap points down before I start recording. Otherwise the vids would just be me spending 30 mins trying to line stuff up 😅

I have a very particular build that I like to do at Oberland St. that I can do in any playthrough because it's all based around the placement of 1 foundation piece that lines the whole thing up perfectly with the existing tower and thus the entire build boundaries.
Very creative, as usual. You found a cool way to fit the original structure into your own build, I never quite managed that. I especially like the projector tower house, looking forward to seeing that fully decorated.

It is coming together very nicely, and I am very anxious to see the completed build. I actually unlocked and cleaned this settlement yesterday and Its ready for this lovely blueprint. I guess it'd take another week for this build to get completed. Meanwhile I can go and collect a few U.S. Covert Operations Manuals. Thanks for sharing. (Keep Mama Murphy’s house in mind 😊)

I am using the Place Everywhere mod to build, and just use vanilla + DLC assets. This, along with a link to the mod list I am using for this playthrough can be found in the video description 😉😀

Waiting till I get this build done first (otherwise it won’t get done 🤣), and also have some time off work soon so I start properly.
Sorry, but currently have no plans to do commentary on the videos. I feel what would be poor audio quality combined with not being comfortable on a mic really would make the videos worst.
Unfortunately, it’s unlikely I’ll be doing a build series on Hangman’s unless I re-visit it at some point, and I also like the build vids to match up with the finished tours. Would certainly be nice to have building guides for all my settlements so may get around to it, but for now want to focus on new builds.
I wish i was able to transfer your blueprints to my game but since i dont have the dlc i end up having floating chairs n stuff which would take me forever to go around and remove. Regardless love the builds :)
That's an awesome price! Apart from adding lots of nice things to build with (and being able to use my blueprints - lol), I feel Far Harbor is well worth checking out. It's a great space to explore, had some actual interesting quests and really enjoyed it. 😀

It requires the script extender to work so unfortunately it’s not available for the consoles. Although they dont have all its features, I believe the closest alternatives are Place Anywhere (Xbox) and QwaPa (PS4).
A RUclipsr by the name of "Skooled Zone" does a lot of videos aimed at using quirks with the engine to put things just about anywhere without using any mods. Its not as easy as using one of the place anywhere mods, but its a good workaround for console users that cant use anything else. His series "No Mods Shop Class" is a good place to start.

What all kids do you use when building your settlements? The way you can snap objects and move them flawlessly is amazing.
